It is a retreat for hardworking Activists, Workers, Revolutionaries, Artists, Gods and Goddesses, Teachers and Preachers, the Movers and Shakers, the Dreamers of Dreams, trying in our own ways, to create a Better World, for those here now, and for those yet to come.
These pages were inspired by Mu Gui-Ying, or Heroine Mu, a warrior woman of the Song Dynasty in China. Unlike Mulan, who became a soldier to save her old father, Heroine Mu was trained in the martial arts and the Taoist tradition from childhood. I was also inspired by several contemporary women I have known and included on this page.
This is a page of activists of many kinds...people trying to change the world for the better, by various means.
