Twice as Fancy (TAF) Fifi accompanied the My Little Pony Perm Shoppe. Here, little ponies could curl and primp to their hearts' desires. Sweet little Fifi, (white earth pony, blue hair, covered in pink bows), made sure everything turned out all right.
