Imagine you live in a world where Demons live among us. You may not see them every day on the street, at your job, or at bars and clubs as night falls, but you know they're there. Everyone knows. Sometimes they're there, standing before you, but you'd never know it, as human looking as they are. Perhaps you see them as a threat, they're Demons after all, and hunt them down and kill them so that people will be safer. Or perhaps you immerse yourself in the realm of the supernatural, doing business, making friends, or working along side the Demonkinde, as they call themselves. Perhaps you are one of the Demonkinde or one of their half-bred offspring, trying to make your way in the human world, or perhaps you are even more than that. Or perhaps, like most people, you ignore them entirely, thinking that they and their world do not affect you. But you're wrong.
In the island country of Japan, there lives a woman by the name of Kitalia. Kitalia is a Fallen Angel who has been trapped in a human body for years. She's about to break free. On both sides people are gathering. The Seer Shayndel Francis has traveled with her companions to New York to find Sira, who she has been told will lead a band of warriors to kill Kitalia before she can break from her human prison. On the other side of the Atlantic, the Seer Basilisc tries to gather allies for Kitalia, who has vanished off with a mercenary from an unknown clan of Demonkinde. One thing is nearly certain if Kitalia breaks free: She'll destroy the world. And that, my friend, affects everyone.
