The long-awaited MTV of Andy Kelly colloboration was finally out last night! The fans must have been viewing it again & again!...
In the filming, both were soaked in the tub for 10 over hours, other than fondling each other on the face, they hugged & pecked, thier depiction of deep love is an envy to many. But actually the scene though looked cosy, after soaking too long in water, their skin was all wrinkled, they dont really feel the deep love, Kelly was laughing away after being teased by Andy!
They crossed legs as directed by the director, not less 'erotic' than the sexy movies, the crew were so taken in too that at one moment, they forgot to turn off the tap, until water had overflown, what a joke!
As a promotional item, & to suit the theme of the song, the record co has arranged a small gift to be given out with the promo.
The gift looks like an egg, but when the egg shell is opened, what is inside is not the egg white but some soil, with the seeds given together, the fans can grow it into a beautiful small plant after careful nurturing.
The idea was because this song relates a pair of lovers did not give enough time for each other, & ended up being separated, with this small plant, they wish to convey the message that if you want a plant or love to bear fruit, you must have time & love to nurture it.

10/8---Went to an old railway stn which has a long history for shooting today, it is still using firewoods , the tourists, the crew plus the onlookers, made the place acked to 'no space for water to pass thro', to & fro, I only took 3 trips, but took up the whold half of the day , though so....slow, it has a different feel!
Actually tomorrow is Thiland's Mothers day, photo of the Queen is up everywhere, most shops closed for a day, also our activities have to be canceled for a day, unexpectedly have an extra holiday, hope it is sunny, then I can continue with my swimming plan, so happy....

11/8---After coming to BKK, Andy filmed a scene at an old railway stn, there are many different destations it can lead to , as such there are many passengers. Andy part is abt him running abt in the stn, the director arranged many cameras hidden at different spots, many passengers looking at Andy running here & there, but couldnt understand what he was doing, after the cameras appeared, they suddenly realised, after that more & more people gathered, asking for autograph, Andy was thus lost in the sea of people...

Andy & Kelly first colloboration in the MTV I Dont Love You Enough debuts tonight in Asia. At 8pm, all HMV stores, Neway & another HK Karoke lounge, Fong Xhi Electrical, Tong Lor Wan Centuary Square, Mongkok New Centuary Square, Kowloon Central, Qian Wan digital screen will screen the MTV. TVB will show 1 minute of the MTV at 8pm. TV stations in South Est Asia, 10 www sites will release the MTV at the same time. Promotional fee reached a hefty 10 million.
Photos of the sensual bath-tub scenes were exposed yesterday, today more photos will be shown here! At a split second, the duo were seen to have the 4 sensitive spots in full contact!
Their steaming actions actually do not stop at the tub, outside the tub, the intentions were equally daring, it makes one's blood boiling! 9/8---The place where I stay in BKK this time is an apartment at a hotel belonging to my good friend, the facillities & environment all very good, feel like it is a holiday here.
Wake up this morning, thought of going to the pool for a swim with the assistants, after changing, open the window, take a look, the sky...so gloomy, drop the plan, arrang to have lunch with Jia Ling & her husband, Jia Ling is still as charming, still so beautiful, they are really v good people, we spent a whole happy afternoon together.
Night time, the filming crew has arrived, have dinner with all the people, everyone return early to rest, as filming starts at 6 tomorrow in the morning.

The latest Mandarin album of Andy, Man's Love, will debut middle of the month. But MTV for the theme song, I Don't Love You Enough, will hit the screen tomorrow. The MTV, directed by a foreigner, Tom Barnes, is the first collaboraton between Andy & Kelly Chen.

In this MTV, Kelly has a steaming scene with Andy in a bathtub measuring only 2 1/2 ft wide. It was meant to relate an incidence of the past when both were just small lovers.
As the tub was very small, very close body contact was inevitable, a bodily tussle ensued.. Kelly with only thin spaghetti-strap bra-top, short skirt, was soaked in the tub with Andy. Both their bodies were wet. Andy caressed her thigh, the scene was intimately sizzling. In 1 scene, Kelly 'attacked' Andy with her bust on Andy who had his upper torso exposed.
Despite all that, as both were not undressed, it was sensual yet not too explicit.
It was the first time that Kelly appeared in a steamy scene, Andy was worried that she may have difficulty in getting into the scene requirements, but unexpectedly they were very natural with the breadth holding actions.
Andy praised Kelly was v professional in work. He said his worry at that moment was the small tub might burst, as it was difficult to buy a tub in the middle of the night!
Asked if Kelly was 'stuck'?
Andy laughed,"Stuck! So stuck! Both of us were so stuck the whole night! The air-con was so strong, we were so stuck with running nose. The place was so cold, & we were soaked in the water for so long! But of course Kelly is a beautiful girl! I have to thank her for helping me to film this MTV, she rushed here after her concert to shoot this MTV
Andy was asked abt his feeling as Kelly with her wet body was pressing on him.
Andy replied that water has bouncy, even though pressed on by Kelly, he did not feel too heavy... (...huh??!)
Kelly was protected with hot pants & undies to prevent accidental exposure...

8/8---Finish shooting all the scenes to be taken in Pattaya, actually should follow the troupe to continue with filming in Bangkok. But the main person responsible for producing Sept 13th concert has come to Bangkok to discuss with me, so go to Bangkok togheher with some members of the crew first, & also to relax & pamper ourselves a bit, we have a meal of sharkfin rice, hahaha...so delicious!
Tomorrow can rest for another day, can also go swimming, sun a bit 'tim'.

receive many e-mails, have seen the message board,. all asking how I am, actually I am just having a little bit of flu, also these 2 days I have suffucient rest, now it is nothing already. Thanks everybody for your concern. Andy

9/8---In the midst of tough shooting, a sumptuous meal is the best enjoyment! In BKK last nite Andy had enjoyed the sharkfin rice!
But in the day time he was still in Pattaya, enjoying his last lunch at Pattaya: actually in the process of shooting, Andy & Tokiwa insisted on eating with the crw at the shooting scene, there was no special treatment, can be said they suffered what was to suffer & eat what was available, the two superstars let go the tradition to eat with everybody, what type of food they have?
Actaully nothing special, from the pics, but it was catered by special chef, the taste was not bad, look sumptuous too..

8/8---Now it is a fashion to 'say hello', same with Andy, but his target & skill is not at all easy, as his target is the Japanese Tokiwa, & the languages he has to use are 3 (Cantonese, English & Japanese)
As Andy works together very well with Tokiwa in Thailand, their characters are both very approachable, they become familiar with each other fast, Andy who is always playful always play tricks on Tokiwa, he will asked the interpreter some words, then he shouts it out loudly behind Tokiwa in Japanese, "Pretty girl, where are you going?" Tokiwa will get a fright, then he will be laughing away hahaha!
Under this cordial atmosphere, filming carries on day after day, the shooting location will shift from Pattaya to Bangkok, the latest news will be reported here!

6/8---Wake up early for work today, but can rest after 2 hours, so happy!

7/8---Andy filmed a scene of fireworks yesterday. After filming, Andy & a group of children used the left-over fireworks sticks as toys, he displayed his skilfullness, he showed it off by twirling the sticks, though he had never gone thro' proper training, he could skifully turned the sticks with both hands, evryone clapped & cheered! Actualy Andy has talent in the skill! If you want to see this act, have to wait till the movie is shown, but now can see Andy's skill for free first.

5/8---After few days of hell training, wake up this morning, whole body & bones are aching, last night already called the masseur la, not sure if he slipshod seeing that I fell asleep!?
Fianlly can film more comfortably now, tonight film at a tourist spot ice-cream shop at Pattaya, really it is people come & go, cars come & go, packed to the brim, the place was very busy. Andy

6/8---After a few days of boxing, Andy can finally rest a bit, because now going to film the non-fighting part, he can now heave a sigh of relief!
Though he does not need to face boxing scene, he is busy countering other obstacles, i.e some international languages of greetings : because yesterday at an icecream shop in Pattaya filming with Tokiwa, the place was poeple & vehicle fighting for road space, the traffic was very heavy, many tourists gathred, (as it was near to dinner time), tourists from China, HK, TW & others, they greeted Andy with Cantonese, Mandarin,. Taiwanese, also the local Thailand fans called Andy by Thai name, on top of that some Japanese tourists recognised Tokiwa, they used Japanese to support them, at that moment the place was filled ith different languages: Andy, Wai Zhai, call was nonstop, the sound interferred with filming, luckily the crew was able to control the situation with the different languages, filming could be done at the end.

4/8---Never thought can knock off from work so early! But, actually today is not passed easily.
Today not as tough as yesterday, but during shooting of running, director wanted perfect shot, there was one scene whereby I chased after the goods truck, filmed many times, ran for a full 3000m, though it was near to sun set, the heat plus the exhaustion from the last few days, really make one cant stand it anymore....
Luckily I exercise regualrly, now I just feel a bit more tired than usual, so everyone dont need to worry for me!
After work, I get a Thai massause to massage me, to relax, but not even 30 min after starting, I am already sle..e..ppp..ing...Andy

5/8---Andy is now in Thailand filming his 100 th movie, everybody will think he is the most formidable, but in actual fact, he has met his strongest rival in his life---a small Thai boxer.
This small Thai boxer is an orphan in Tokiwa's orphanage. As he is very adorable, Tokiwa likes him a lot, even when not filming, Tokiwa plays with him, Andy with his usual charisma, is not visible to Tokiwa, it is really out of expectation.
This small boxer & the other small friends are ad stars in Thailand, they are quite well-known. With this cute well-known lovable-by-lady opponent, how is Andy going to handle huh?
The only way is to fight---but dont be mistaken, Andy too likes this small boy, he teaches him how to pose for boxing, really 'fighting together'. (In Chinese it means working harmoniuosly).

3/8---Today is even tougher than yesterday......
Have boxing lesson with the coach for 10 over hours, box till 12 midnight, really cannot stand it anymore.
Luckily....in the gloomy downpour, beams of sunlight appear, a group of small friends came in the afternoon to bid me & Tokiwa goodbye, today is the last day of their shooting, the had prepared some items as souvenirs & gifts for us, had photo taken with us, though the time we met is short, but still feel the warmth, with the encouragement & support from all, no matter how tough it is, it is worth it!
Ai...but...tomorrow morning work again....start at 7...better sleep early.....Andy

4/8---Andy filmed a whole day of boxing yesterday, boxed for 10 over hours, really v exhausting physically, despite being so tough, Andy can still carry on with it. These few days Andy flmed with a group of small friends, they are agile & cute, they had a happy time with Andy, but it was the last day of filming for them, they presented gifts for Andy & Tokiwa, had 1 to 1 photo taken with them, this had warmed up the exhausted Andy, they parted unwillingly!

Andy will hold a charity concert in HK Coliseum on the 13th Sept, named Dao Di Andy Lau & Friends Green Life Charity Concert. Tickets were reserved & sold at AWC in June, all were snapped up. The remaining unbooked tickets are for sale today at City Computer net. (??) Demand is expected to be more than supply.
As such, even staff from the record co have to Q up for tickets too. Though ticket sale opens today, fans have Q up since last night.
Since the response is so good, Andy was asked why he holds only 1 show, it is the only show for the year, many fans who cannot get ticket will be disappointed. Andy explained that he too wishes to play with fans, but the schedule for this year is all on filming, he has no time really, maybe not even for rehearsal.

2/8---After so many days of shooting, it is the first
time that it rains, & also the first day filming
boxing, never thought it is 'such' tough!
Because had been to 10 over boxing lessons, thought I
can master & my stamina meet Thai boxing requirements,
but never thought that in real filming, it took 10
over NGs, now then I realise it is such an exhausting
game.
Because of lighting, camera, & angle changes, coupled
with the rain & lightening, all must be in harmony,
(maybe a few minutes on the screen) it is really tough
& tiring, but later on there will be more real boxing
game to film, I will put in more time to practise &
get ready, because at the real shooting of match at
the ring, the requirements is even more!
Though it is really....tough, but, I will continue to
persist...on! Andy

3/8---Andy filmed a boxing scene in the rain, had to
get water-engine to make an artificial rain scene,
Andy was not only drenched thro, he had to continue
with the boxing, shot a solid 3 to 4 hours, this made
Andy bodily exhausted, fully, he was real tired, but
was completed smoothly. Andy professional work
attitude is respectable. After filming the scene, Andy
returned to hotel for rest instantly, Tokiwa was
luckiler, she did not get drenched, this scene just
describe her standing at the side watching Andy,
really much more comfotable!

1/8---Back by morning flight back, gone by eveninmg flight, tired a whole full day! Today actually join a Taiwan-HK-Thailand one-day tour.

Andy returned to HK form Taiwan at abt 11 am yesterday. He attended the promo activity for the release of latest Ericsson commercial at Regent Hotel, together with the female lead Yuan Min.
At 6 pm in the afternoon, Andy caught a plane back to Thailand for more filming.

In the new commercial, Andy declared to his gf, "Career I seek, you I never give up!" But in real life, Andy feels that it is very difficult to strike a balance between the two, for him, career is still more important, he is always so busy & has no time for the family.
The commercial debuts today in Mainland & HK.
Asked if there is any sensual scenes with the female leads in his new movie?
Andy said the most intimate part with Tokiwa is he lies down on her thigh, but with Indhira, who acted as his deceased wife, he had a kissing scene with her.
Because of this movie, Andy said he has put on a few lbs, he is now abt 150lb, is abt right for the boxer role. He is more muscular now.
Andy is not used to hot & spicy food, he cooks his own food when he has time. He will bring some Chinese sausage this time. He plans to cook a meal for Tokiwa but he has no chance yet, as Tokiwa filming time is different from his. Asked: what will he cook? Andy said his cooking is not super but he can cook simple home dishes.
Asked: will he cook for Indhira?
Andy joked that 1 woman at a time, he cannot handle two. Indhira is not staying in the same hotel, she will act with Andy when the cast moves to Bangkok.

31/7---Finish work at 12 midnight last night, this am got to wake up at 3:30am to leave the hotel, rush to BKK airport to catch 7am palne to Taiwan, so......., sleepy! Sleep all the way to TW, film a MTV, haven't knocked off form work yet, tomorrow morning got to rush back to HK, ai......! These 2 days all busy catching the planes.

1/8---Dao Di Andy Lau & Friends Green Life Charity concert ticket sale starts on 4th Aug
The long expected concert will be held on the 13th sept. Ticket sales starts on 4th Aug, available at every city computer ticket sales outlet (??).
As it is a charity concert, all proceeds will go to World Nature (HK) Foundation, you can see Andy & do charity at the same time.

Derek Yee who is the production director of A Fighter's Blue, attended a function in HK yesterday.
According to Derek, filming is going on smoothly in Thailand at the moment, if nothing happens it will be over in early Sept. Scenes for shooting will be moved to Bangkok next month. (Take note, Thapanee!) After filming in Thailand has completed, the crew will be back to HK for few more days of filming before the final shot.
Derek commented that moustached Andy has style, & Andy has put on a bit of weight since filming. Some of Andy's female fans feel that the moustached Andy is not as good looking, but Derek said Andy is handsome. (...Andy Town agrees with Derek too!) But his weight is still below the ideal, he is still too thin, if he could put on a few more kilos will be good.
Asked how he will convince Andy to put on weight, as Andy is very adamant with his weight. Derek said it is the director's responsibility to tell him, actually Andy has his view, as Thai boxer frame is the steel-rod type. They have not come to filming boxing scenes yet.
As many Thais know who Andy is, & the hotel always have tour groups from HK & TW, Andy dares not move an inch outside his room during free time. Even going back to hotel he has to run in, otherwise he will be trapped. But Tokiwa who is not well known can moves abt freely.

Headline: Needing You sets miracle boxoffice in gloomy market
In these few recent years, HK movie industry is gloomy, boxoffice is not comparable to before. The movie Needing You starring Sammi & Andy Lau raked in a strong figure of 35 mil, setting a new generation of lovers in the movie industry.
In its 38 days of screening, boxoffice reached 35 mil, the result is very good in this gloomy market, & it is only just behing '98's Feng Yin & Who Am I.
Feng Yin collected 41 mil, Who Am I 39 mil, Needing You with its not high production cost winning the high production cost movies is rarely seen nowadays....

Headline: Hongkong & Taiwan to host World's Chinese Hits chart
RTHK in HK, a Beijing's radio stn, Guangdong stn, Shanghai stn, TW stan, S'pore 933 & M'sia 988 stn will have a joint World's Chinese Songs Hits chart weekly. The event will begin in Sept this year.
Each participating stn will send 2 representatives weekly to select 6 main songs for the week, 15 songs will be selected per season, final voting will be conducted from a yearly total of 60 songs. Award ceremony will be held in Sept next year.
Announcement of this event will be made on the 22nd Aug in Beijing. Leon Lai is representing RTHK to attend the press con. Leon said he will take part in this selection as this is outside HK....

30/7---Today acted with a group of Thai samll friends. They could even sing Miss Teresa Teng's songs, Moon Represents My Heart, & knew how to play guitar, terrific........we sang together, we gathered together to do Thai dancing, so merry! That was how we all spent a night together. Andy

31/7---Andy knows how to entertainment himself in the midst of his heavy shooting schedule, lately he was filming with a group of small Thai friends, dont think they are young, they know how to play guitar, can sing Teresa Teng's Moon Represents My heart, Andy was v surprised! This group of friends sang & danced with Andy, mad the whole night! Other than this group of children, Andy has a close-body palymate, day & night, whenever Andy is free, it will keep him comany, that is his laptop, Other than going to andylau.com, he also likes to play games, he has conquered Stepping On landmine games.
