These are translations that I did a while back when I first made the website. They never got finished for many reasons: the manga became licensed, other groups were doing it, and/or my own laziness... I'm keeping them up here just to serve as a introduction to the manga series.

Just who on earth doesn't know this show...the following intro is taken from the blurb on my Chinese manga.

Synopsis: In the year 2015 A.D. comes a group of unknown beings called "Angels," giant battle weapons gathering to attack. In defense, mankind developes humanoid fighting machines EVANGELION, and also chose 3 teenagers as the EVA's pilots. The future of the world lies with them.....

Kodomo no Omocha - Child's Toy - Kodocha, Sana's Stage:

This is one of my favorite series, and I think it's a shame that Tokyopop doesn't showcase it on their site. This manga, while firmly entrenched in the shoujo genre, breaks out of typical shoujo conventions. Not that I don't enjoy reading those (for example, Hot Gimmick), but Kodocha's plot is far more original and developed, even though the protoganists are younger. The humor in the earlier volumes is also flat out hilarious, and not to be missed.

Synopsis: Sana, a famous child actress, must deal the troubles that the Hayama, the class bully, creates in her class. She takes it upon herself to reform this "devil's child." Through her optimistic and lively personality, she manages to break donw his aloofness. However, many issues complicate their growing relationship.

Peach Girl:

Hyper popular manga released by Tokyopop in the U.S. I like this manga for strong personality of its heroine, Momo, and the soap drama theatrics of the love triangle.

Synopsis: Momo is always drawing unwanted attention from others because of her ko-gal looks, when her appearance is only natural. In addition, her purported friend Sae frequently backstabs her in the back. Mom wants to win the affections of her longtime crush Toji, but can she survive the manipulations of Sae and the unwanted attentions of playboy Kiley?
