Balloon Pokemon

Looking back over my old art, I thought that this picture looks more like a balloon Jigglypuff than a living one, and so I wanted to make a picture with a balloon Puff. Since one of the special Pikachu Pokemon trading cards is Balloon Pikachu, I decided to have Pikachu floating with a Jigglypuff balloon. I've always had trouble drawing Pikachu, but he looks decent enough, except for the dangling arm... And the balloon is just soooooooo cute... ^-^
