Seiken Densetsu 3 10 Year Anniversary Commemoration

One of my favorite Japanese SD3 art sites had a REALLY cute commemoration picture up for SD3's recent tenth anniversary, and I felt inspired to make something, too! I had a few ideas, but decided to do something quick and simple so it wouldn't be weeks late... ^^;;; This was inspired by cute screenshots from various SD games of rabis with biiiiiiig open mouths about to chomp someone... It's also my first finished work in Painter Essentials 2... Drawing the cake and coloring it and the rabi was tough with the limited options in this program, but the grass and flames were pretty fun to draw. I actually forgot to draw the ear on the little guy and had to reopen the picture and fix it up... ^^;;;;;;; Fixing already set colors is really tough in Painter... ^^;;;;
