Year of the Sweepy Sheepy

Last year was the Year of the Sheep, and I'd been intending on doing a cute picture of a sleeping Jack and sheep from Harvest Moon 64. However, with all the monitor and scanner problems, not to mention laziness, I never got to... ^^;;; Finally, at the end of the year, I just decided to draw the sleeping sheep by itself by mouse. I was inspired by the art in Yoshi's Island for this, with its thick black lines and cute simplicity. I tried not to take too long with the coloring--I had to do a bit of copy and pasting with the grass... ^^;;;; The final effect was definitely what I had in mind--a preciously adorable little sheepy!!! I love this pic so much! :D BTW, the phrase "sweepy sheepy" was inspired by the spell name "Sleep Sheep" from Lunar 2, which I had cutified to this phrase that I use all the time when someone feels tired...
