Comments: I really enjoy your sites. I know many Priests and Brothers in the La Salette Community because I was a Brother in Attleboro, Ma.,U.S.A. for 20 years. God called me to another vocation. I do Communion Services at my Church in Baldwinville and Chaplain in couts, Tr-27 in East Templeton,Ma. I believe the La Salette Sisters were started in Attleboro, Ma. by Rene Chabot M.S. who left the Community years ago. He was my cousin and don't know if he is still living. His brother Arthur died many years ago. There w s one nun that returned to P.I. and I cannot remember her name. She lived in Attleboro as a novice. Comments: Del, Like what Manang Ely said, if the venue for a reunion and celebration will be a familiar place to reminisce the past, bring back memories of "La Salette" spirit, I will recommend LA SALETTE SHRINE, in Attleboro, MA. At the same time, it will be a pilgrima e for the graduates. Furtheromore, many of the La Salette Fathers who have gone to the Philippines before are still living and most of them reside at the La Salette Shrine in Attleboro. Anyway, it only happens every 50 years. The La Salette Shrine is buil ing a new Shrine Church; you might ever know, we might be the first group to use it. Having the reunion in a place similar to our alma mater would maybe make us feel, "those were the days" memories of our yesteryears. It will help us forget our daily routine e en for just awhile.
