At Hors'n Around we are commited to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all our students to learn about the wonders of our equine friends! We strive to teach knowledge, respect and practical skills to ensure that each of our students achieve their personal riding goals.

About the Facility:

Hors'n Around is owned and operated by Maggie and Randy Thompson. This 96 acre riding facility is located in beautiful hills of Caledon East just north of Brampton. Our facility includes a 14 stall horse barn, a 154' x 80' indoor riding arena, a 200' x 100' outdoor riding arena, large open pastures and easy access to miles of trails to ride on. We are centrally located to Brampton, Bolton, Caledon, Erin, and Orangeville.

Our Instructor:

Maggie Thompson is the sole instructor at Hors'n Around. Her Qualifications include:

• Equestrian Canada Certified Level 2 Coach
• Has earned many Provincial & National awards in the APHA and PtHA breed associatons.
• Holds an Ontario Teaching Certificate.
• Honours Bachelor of Science Degree from Guelph University
• Bachelor of Education Degree from Brock University (with Honours)
• Certified by St. John's Ambulance and Heartsaver First Aid
• Served as Senior Riding Instructor for Humber College's "Junior Horsemanship" program for 5 years.
• Owner and Operator of Hors'n Around since 1987.
