Initiates Guide Initiation Period All new initiates into the order will be assigned a mentor who will guide and assess them for a period of one week. During this time the mentor will travel with the initiate through at least one quest, and dual the initiate as a test of skill. The initiate will also be assessed by the elders of the order. At the end of the week, the initiate will be brought before the Circle of Elders during which time they may be accepted as a fellow of the order, and presented with a tabard of the order. After Initiation Once initiated into the order, the initate will become a fellow of the order. The new fellow will be bound by it's laws and entitled to all the rights of a member of the order. Ranks of the Order All fellows of the order are expected to show proper respect to their elders within the guild. Initiate - Fellow - Honored Fellow - Elder - Grand Elder Greetings Greetings are a way to show respect among all members of the order. Junior members are to greet their elders with a simple bow, to which the elder will return the gesture. Updating the Guild Listing All Fellows of the Order are required to update their two Primary professions into the Public Note of the Guild Register.
