Kujaku doesn't belong to any tribe or as one of the Six Stars, but he seems to always point out ideas for Ashura(like the way and how to get through the 'invisible wall' of the "Ice Town").  Actually, he is able to know the future, the destiny of the Six Stars and almost everything about Ashura's secrets.  He suspected that Ashura would kill all of the others including Yasha, but ... (sometimes things might just turn out to be so surprising, but I don't know and don't want to spoil the story for readers that haven't seen the movie or the comics yet)
