~*The Stellar Awards and Reviews*~

Welcome one and all to the Stellar Awards. I am Sailor Cirrus, as you may know. This page's sole purpose is to combat the annoying award giving practices that I see happening elsewhere, along with the review practices of a few but not nearly all of the reviewers out there. Here is how this awards page works.

1. Find the award you think you are eligible for, or the one you want to nominate someone for.
2. Write to us here, with the award you want or want to nominate for in the subject line. In the letter tell us your Name, the URL, and why you think your page, or the one you are nominating deserves the award (if applying for the Guardian award follow the rules specified below).
3. You will be notified by mail to come see your review and pick up your award...all reviews WILL be posted Here.
4. If you think we we're unfair please write why, if you write well you may just receive your award, if you think your site could use improving then, improve and notify us and you may get your award.
5. Once you have won your award put it ANYWHERE you so choose, it's yours, and furthermore, it does not, I repeat does not have to link back here, and a link to our page does not even have to be on your page. ^_^
6. We don't gig for minor errors, we look for aesthetic appeal and an all around flow.
7. There is no way to win extra points with us EVERYONE is reviewed the same.

~*Awards*~

Unique Site Award
To get this award your site must either have an innovative way of looking at the original scouts or a really new way to introduce your own. Basic rules apply here, make sure your info is correct and your style is still aesthetic.

Exceptional FanArt Award
To get this award, your FanArt of original Senshi must be yours alone, we have seen allot we will probably know if its been stolen. Second, we're not judging how good it looks, it could be a stick figure, as long as we can tell you really tried, as an artist that's not too hard. Third, if it is art of your Fan Senshi, we will accept nicely edited pictures of original Senshi but NOT of other Fan Senshi, re-editing Sailor Earth from the ASMO will NOT get you points here.

Awesome Scout Award
To get this award your Senshi needs their own info page for one, and for second they have to be truly unique and original, we're not talking names because there are many Sailor Earth's and Sun's but if their origin or description is really something stunning, THAT'S how to win this award. Not having pictures won't hurt you, but it is a plus.

Kawaii Guardian Award
To get this award, well....you have to have a Kawaii guardian or guardians. You will need to tell us about them in your letter, along with a sample from your Fanfiction of them interacting with the other characters. Pictures are a plus.

Exceptional Story Award
To win this award, you will have to have a fanfiction and we will have to read your fanfiction, usually the first and last chapters available, that way it cut's down on time. Grammar and Spelling errors will only cost you if they are many and begin to take away from the story itself.

Exceptional Design Award
To win this award your page has to be just the most gorgeously set up thing we have seen this week, In fact only one of the these a week is given out. So out of all the people who want it that week only one will receive it. There should be no broken links, or broken pictures, and absolutely NO bandwidth pictures found. It should also be very easy to Navigate.
