celluloid の 世界 ...?

'fight club' was the last decent movie i saw, but 'three kings' was surprisingly good on video. skip M-I2. and hirai says that the 'celebration' film clip by x is a sure thing. so why not?

at the moment i'm reading 'the divine comedy' by dante. apparently you can't go wrong with this one, unless you end up with a infuriating translation, like i did. whatever happened to abandon all hope, ye who enter here? ("no room for hope, when you enter this place" just isn't the same). my personal recommendation is the translation by mark musa (penguin classics); avoid c.h. sisson at all costs.

i took the fic page down a while ago, for a few different reasons *shrug*. mostly because (a) i'm slightly ashamed of them (i know i can write better than that...), (b) i didn't see them serving any particular purpose, since you can find them elsewhere, and (c) ... well, there's a couple of people out there (sister, boyfriend, etc) who i'd rather not be educated about the concept of 'yaoi' and my dabblings therewith.

on the other hand, i've put hirai's stuff back up, because (a) she complained about the fact i took it down, and (b), it isn't available elsewhere.

anyway, guess this is the end (unless i actually write something i'm proud of ^^;;). thanks for the traffic, people ^_^;
