Time Stop
This is Pluto's power to stop time. It is a forbidden power, not to be used unless under extreme circumstances.
Dark Dome Close
Sailor Pluto ability to permanently seal the gates of time. Her life is forfeited in exchange for the amount of energy this takes. She says: "Great guardian deity of time and space! My father Cronos! Give me power! Close the door of the broken law! Dark Dome Close!"
Chronos Typhoon
This is Sailor Pluto's equivalent of Uranus' Space Sword Blaster.
Garnet Ball
This creates a force-field around Sailor Pluto and others, using Pluto's Garnet Orb.
Sailor Pluto also carries the third talisman, The Garnet Orb.
Setsuna is a very private person. She is very kind to Rini (whom she calls Small Lady), and takes good care of her. She's also really good at sewing and fashion design, so she always likes to look styling. In the anime, unfortunately she always wears the same outfit. Although she does eventually get a different one (I like the first one better). In the manga, however, she has very nice outfits. She is quite a fashionable lady. Overall, Setsuna is a quiet person but she's also a very nice person.
