Tokyo College
Tokyo College is were the Middle and Outer Circle scouts go to scout. That would be Nessa, Evan, Annie, Pamala, Megan, Jessie, Selena, and Mariah. Nessa ware's a third year college uniform, while Annie, Megan, and Pamala ware second year college uniforms. Also Jessie, Selena, and Mariah ware first year college uniforms. Evan wares the traditional boys uniform, black pants and shirt. They have some classes together and see each other a lot.
Tokyo College is the oldest and most respected private college in the universe. It was founded in 1700 by Nicholas Corleone to bring "proper breeding and culture to the children of the gentry of the wilderness," according to the school's official history. Located in Tokyo City Providence in Salem, Massachusetts, the Tokyo College has for decades been attended by the children of the world's social, economic, and political elites. The school is a boarding school that gives the students a choose of living on campus or at home.
The College's current headmistress is Frost Night, a young and brilliant woman who is chairperson of the college's Board of Trustees and has proven to be very popular with the students. Frost is also a close friend of the Corleone Family. Frost must devote much of her time to her work as chairperson of the board and cheif executive of her corporation, Frost International. But she still manages to spend a surprisingly great amount of time at the college and the Corleone Family Estate.
