The 1984 compilation on Balcony Records, Kuttsuite Anshin (English title: Huddle No Trouble) is a relatively unknown piece of the early history of the Japanese band, Shonen Knife. Even the band itself appears uncertain about its contents (in Shonen Knife Land, drummer Atsuko Yamano lists "Elephant Pao Pao" but neglects to mention "Parrot Polynesia" as appearing on the record.) Indeed, based on comments by another participant, Satomi Makino of the band Saboten, it is unclear whether contributors ever got paid for their work on it or even received a finished copy.

This site features, one page at a time, the 16 page booklet included with the album. Given the fact that the record is long out of print, I am assuming that reproducing portions of some of the pages of the booklet constitutes fair use.  For reasons of web space, I have only enlarged the Shonen Knife-related portions of the booklet to readable levels.
