Seymour Big Cheese
"...Seymour Big Cheese, he's lower than low..." Seymour Big Cheese is the main villian in the show. Seymour Big Cheese is always sending out giant robots to attack Little Tokyo. Seymour Big Cheese is a member of the council that runs Little Tokyo. His main plans are to over throw The Royal Family (Fred, Fredia, and Princess Vi). He's supposed to be a fox, but when the Saban people translated the show, they changed him to a rat. And for some reason, he's constantly dressing up as a female (and he's a bad cross dresser at that). And another thing... he has ALOT of temper tantrums.

Jerry Attric
 Jerry Attric is like... Seymour's friend for life.. or something. Seymour met Jerry by kissing Jerry. Jerry was very ill and Seymour kissed him to cure Jerry (EEWW!!). Jerry is a constant victim of the temper tantrums that Seymour has.

Bad Bird
Bad Bird is like the main henchman to Seymour. He does all the physical work for Seymour like to build the robots to the sneaky spy stuff. There's one thing about Bad Bird though... He wants to become a great Ninja just like his father, but he still has a good part left in him that sometimes puts himself in conflict. Like the last original episode, which you have to see to find out which side he ends up with.... GOOD or EVIL.

Ninja Crowes
The Ninja Crowes are those birds sent out by the Big Cheese to make trouble and then get beat up after a while by the Pizza Cats. All shows have this evil bunch that get beat up by the heroes, the Ninja Crowes are for this show. The Ninja Crowes came along at the same time that Jerry Attric came along, because they came with him.
