	Part 7 ~ Deep, Bloody Memory
	Salsa returned for his 'WildHalf' client with Taketo after his story about his first owner, Mitsuki, only to find a strong smell of hatred from the would-be-client -- the man who killed Mitsuki... the man who wanted revenge...

{This scent... This scent... The man who killed Mitsuki... It's Shido. But why was he here? He's supposed to be dead three years ago!!} Salsa was all tensed up. He then ordered Taketo to go home. As Taketo walked away, Salsa approached the man from behind. He dislike the scent a lot and wouldn't want to be involve if he could, but he had to make sure if it was Shido.

As he was near enough, the man turned, "Long time no see, 'WildHalf' Salsa."

"You're alive? Why are you here?"

"This three years, I've been searching all over for you. You have transformed within this few weeks, right? That's how I found you. You have a new master now... I know, his name is Taketo Iwase..." As he said that, Shido suddenly raised his right hand, and a hidden weapon in the form of two small knives with a wire tied in between flew out from his sleeve. The weapon hit on a tree stump nearby... with the wire rounded around Taketo's neck!

"He came back because he's worried about you... What a nice boy... just like Mitsuki..." Shido began to move towards Taketo. Salsa leapt towards him in fear that he would hurt Taketo. But Shido just raised his other hand and something caused Salsa to fall to the ground heavily. Salsa felt too heavy to move.
Shido explained that what he was using was called "Hajuuon", human can't feel anything except a ringing in the ears, but for Wild half with a superior sense of hearing, it directly stimulates the brain and makes them feel "heaviness. Right then, Salsa was now experiencing a weight of about 500 kg, it was obvious why he couldn't even move.

"I'm not the same Shido three years ago. I'd spent these three years studying skills that could be used against Wildhalfs... to destroy... the monster that had killed his own master three years ago!!" Shido turned towards Taketo. "Let me tell you, Taketo, these WildHalfs have a blood thirsty nature. They will tear open the human's body, suck their blood, eat their meat, especially as the full moon approached, they couldn't even control their desire. "

"You are lying! Salsa would never do that!" Taketo yelled, only to be punched on the face by Shido. Salsa tried to stop him, but he could not even get up from his position. He then admitted that he indeed was part responsible for Mitsuki's death and Shido could kill him if he wanted to but leave Taketo alone.

Shido said he was going to kill Salsa off, but not before he took away his most precious thing just as Salsa did to him three years ago. He began to hit Taketo again.

"You! It's you who took away my Mitsuki!! My only brother... just before my eyes... Can you under stand how I feel? Can you?" Shido yelled.

Shido was Mitsuki's elder brother.

Shido told Taketo he would let him go if he said that Salsa was a monster and he don't want anything to do with him. But Taketo shouted out that Salsa was the most important dog to him. In rage, Shido yanked the weapon trapping Taketo away and flung him towards a broken tree. A sharp branch on the tree pierced into Taketo's back at the impact. And that moment, Salsa saw Mitsuki's form overlap with Taketo. They were both bleeding terribly.

"No! I don't want..." Salsa began to struggle to his feet, tears flowing from his eyes. Shido was shock because the effect of "Hajuuon" was still there, yet, Salsa could move. He had even changed into his human form.
"I don't want to experience the feeling again... Taketo, you can't die like Mitsuki! ... So I must defeat you.!! Shido... even you are Mitsuki's brother... I'll still defeat you!!"
