Part 9 ~ Bonds of Blood
With his new ability -- "marking", Salsa managed to put Shido in a disadvantage and finally under Taketo's advise, let him go. He then find out how Taketo was miraculously revive.
Salsa had sealed Shido's by "Hajuuon" ordering Shido's skin to twist his hand. Shido cannot battle anymore,  but Salsa smell that his hatred had grew even stronger than before. Salsa decided that in order to protect Taketo he should... He moved closer to Shido. Taketo sensed what Salsa wanted to do and told him not to. He asked Salsa to let Shido go.
"So, you've finally decided to show your true nature? You are a blood-craving-monster who even eat up his own master!" Shido said. "You pretended to be a cute puppy and observed Mitsuki for two years then when you finally decided he is the prey, you find a chance to eat him up! I've tried warned Mitsuki many times but he would not listen to me. And that day finally came... I've tried to protect Mitsuki but you took me down. Even then I was near unconsciousness, I saw you very clearly... You killed him. When till this day, I've always seen the scene that day even in my dreams. "

Salsa went nearer to him.

"What? You want to kill me?!" Shido snickered.

"Salsa!" Taketo rushed to hold him back. "Liar! I don't believe it! Salsa would not kill anybody! Salsa, your powers are used to help the weak, right? You can't use it on anywhere else, no matter what!"

Looking at Taketo, Mitsuki's words flashed within Salsa's mind.  "Salsa, please forgive my brother... he alone suffered a lot... so you must forgive him..."

With a cry, Salsa raised his fist... and punched it onto the ground just beside Shido's feet. Shido then run off into a car. People had heard the commotion and were coming to check it out. So Salsa took Taketo in his arms and run off also.

While leaping from building to building, Taketo mentioned that Salsa should get his chest wounds treated. Salsa said it was okay, and when they reached home Taketo was surprised to see that Salsa's wounds had miraculously healed itself just before his every eyes. Salsa then explained once he changed, he had a self-healing ability, just rest and the wounds will heal themselves.

That's when Salsa saw Taketo's bare, unwounded back. (That was the place where the tree branch was supposed to pierce in and killed him.) It seems like Salsa's blood had dripped into Taketo's wound (remember that? He was very sad and hurt his hands). And Taketo is revived because of Salsa's blood.

Salsa then tried his blood on some dead plants but it didn't work. It appeared that his blood's self-healing ability worked in a way his transformation work -- work only on relationship. Only towards the person he had relationship for will the blood work. If only he would know it sooner, then Mitsuki wouldn't have died.

Taketo then asked Salsa the truth about Mitsuki's death. Salsa hesitated and when Taketo changed his mind (finally remembered that his motorbike was still at the park), Salsa told him he would tell.

A part where Shido didn't know about. Before his last breath, Mitsuki had asked him not to tell anyone... but he was going to tell it to Taketo -- a person revived because of his blood, a person who knew his heart...

Meanwhile, Shido was plotting his next revenge on Salsa. {I'll defeat you next time!! I'll make you regret for letting me go!!}
