Sailor Mars RULEZ

This site has the makings of a nice Sailor Mars shrine. I believe the webmistress has some good ideas, but needs to refine them a bit more.

To start, I like the color combination. Grey or silver lettering on red works well. The background itself may be a bit cluttered, but I can read the text well as it is.

The biggest problem with the text is it is all centered. This generally doesn't look good, and it can get annoying to read. If you want a similar effect, try the tri-cell design that I use at the Luna Foundation. I can help you put that design into place if you wish. It is very functional, and it allows you to fix the majority of the problems your site currently has.

Again, thanks to all of the items being centered, the menu looks ragged. This is something else that could be fixed with the tri-cell system.

The page itself is too busy. EVERYTHING is on one page. I would put images in one section, quizzes in another, etc etc etc. You can then use the main page to inform people of updates on your page, give out other info, or whatever.

Generally nowdays, the shorter the page, the better. People don't want to have to scroll a mile into a page to find stuff, and scrolling horizontally is a BIG no-no. Organizing your page into sub-pages will solve this problem.

Minor note, the line with Sailor Mars laying down on the red line looks a bit ragged. This is due to the fact that that line is meant to be placed on a page with a white background. The line with Sailor Mars sitting on a line of fire looks okay. Outside of trying a different line, I am not sure how to solve this problem.

This site is rough and homespun, but some people like sites that look a bit less refined. With a bit of work, the webmistress can turn what now looks like a novice site into a very efficient, well-built site.
