Eternal Moon Mayhem is a collective site comprised of a shrine to Sailor Moon, a web graphics site, a fanfic site, and a site dedicated to Digimon.

Unfortunately, it appears that while the web author had the best intentions when the site was built, the results of her work may have put the mayhem into "Eternal Moon Mayhem".

On the up-side, the page loads quick and there are no Javascript errors. That's a big plus as far as I am concerned. The background on the main page is a bit too black, but it goes well with the neat picture off to the right.

The individual sites seem to offer a nice variety, and some of the graphics, especialy the manga one decorating the fanfic area were nicely touched up to add a new look to what would otherwise be rather common pictures.

However...

The first thing I would do is enlarge the little insert box that runs the page. Having to scroll horizontally with the mouse is something to avoid, and having to do it while looking at a navigable text box is simply annoying.

While there is a lot of potential choices for viewers, I found a lot of broken links. I am not sure whether this is because the page got moved, the ISP changed addresses, or the site is still being built, but if this page is to improve, these links need fixing.

So far however, there is good effort, and it shows a bit of promise.
