Santiago ~ Minneapolis
(January 2-3, 2001)
| On the last day of our visit, we ate breakfast,
cleaned and packed. Then we went to Alto Las Condes mall and shopped.
We also ate at the mall restaurant. The food was very good and the
price reasonable. We came back and took the minibus to the airport
around 6 pm. The AA counter was unmanned. We had to wait until
8 pm to see someone at the counter. The service was slow, but somehow
they got everybody on board and got off the ground within 10 minutes of
delay. We came home via Miami and Chicago. At home we had 6”
of caked up snow to shovel.
