Hazuki Seira is a student at Saint Chapel. She tries to be friends with everyone, but can't due to her jealous nature and the evil inside her. She tends to get depressed and violent which makes her misuse her powers. For she is really Misty Honey, the negative counterpart of Cutey Honey. Panther Claw uses her to fight Honey (and also to distract Prince Zera from his love for Honey). Seira claims to be the sister of Kisaragi Honey, yet she constantly fights with her over Twilight Prince AND Hayami Seiji. No wonder why she's unpopular with the students! Poor Seira, it's not her fault. It's the evil in her. The black rose tattoo on her chest contains this and releases monsters for Honey to fight. Like Honey, she has a transformational choker, but she wears it on her leg as a garter. There is one difference though, Misty has no other forms as Honey does. In the end Pro. Kisargi admits Honey and Seira are sisters. Afterwards her evil powers are removed by Panther Zora to form Dirty (?) Honey, a Misty clone. No longer being possessed, Seira and Honey get along very well. Dirty stabs Seira when she jumps in front of Twilight Prince to proctect him. In turn, he kills Dirty. Seira's energy bonds with Honey's giving her the new form, Hyper Honey. She is then able to destroy Panther Zora. Seira is revived and the two sisters can start over as allies rather than enemies.

The name "Misty" was chosen in a contest. However, "Hazuki" has a special meaning. Its kanji can also be read as "Kisaragi." Seira is one of the only Cutey Honey F characters not in the original Cutey Honey. I have not yet seen CHF anime, only read the manga by Iisaka Yukako. I really liked it despite how it differs from Nagai Go's original version. Kako-san (as she calls herself) is a very talented artist who did a pretty good job filling some BIG shoes. Her drawings are much better than the pics I've seen of the anime. Once I get a scanner, I'll get all the nice pics of her on this page. Misty looks pretty much the same except for her boots and gloves, but Seira looks quite different in the manga. Her hair is darker and less spiked out. Also she's not so waif looking, which is an improvement. I just hate anime characters drawn bone-skinny. Especially Cutey Honey. Her and her sister should be full figured. I mean, how else can you tell it's Cutey Honey?!
