Rose has appeared in all three of the Street Fighter Zero games (called Alpha in USA). She is the mysterious cousin of Vega (called M. Bison in USA). Unlike the Shadowloo leader, she is on the side of good. She is a psychic who is proficient in the Tarot. Rose chanels her psychic ability which she calls, "Soul Power" into her yellow shawl for attacks and blocks. Similarly Vega uses his "Psycho Power" (probably runs in the family) with his cape, but recently learned to chanel it with his own body, making him nearly invinceble. Rose is determined stop him as she feels he is abusing his gift. Together the are considered equally "the world's strongest" because of their e.s.p. so it is believed only she can defeat him. She is very beautiful and wise but most of her life remains a secret. Her powers include "Soul Spark," and "Soul Reflect" some of the game's most affective moves.
Rose has always been my favourite SF character since I first saw her. I was dying to make a page about her because she under-appreciated despite being the strongest and most beautiful, and in my opinion, the coolest. I relate to her a lot. I have similar porportions, I'm of Italian descent, and I love to read the Tarot. I hope you enjoy this page!
