La Fondation est enregistrée au SEC (Securities and exchange commission) et reconnue par le DSWD (department of social welfare and development).
Nous prenons en charge:
La couverture des frais scolaires: inscriptions, fournitures, uniformes, excursions etc.
Lorganisation dactivitées paralléles: cours de soutien scolaire, travaux manuels, musique, sports, catéchèse etc.
Les services sociaux: suivi des bénéficiaires à lécole et dans leur famille.
Assistance médicale.
Mise en place de micros projets avec les familles des enfants: atelier de couture, artisanat etc.

Vision:
The Charles Gorrissen Foundation Inc. (CGFI) envisions the empowerment of the poor urban children and youth of Manila by giving them the opportunity, particularly with education, to develop their individual capacities in order to achieve self-esteem and to become self-reliant adults through employment.
Beneficiaries:
125 Children and young adults from 6 to 20 years old, living in the depressed area of Manila; either orphans, abandoned or whose family earnings fall below the poverty line.
Geographical area of coverage:
Manila: 93% of our clientele, including Ermita, Intramuros, Malate, Paco, Pandacan, San Andres, Santa Ana, Santa Mesa, Tondo, Singalong and Sampaloc.
Metro Manila (excluding Manila): 7% of our clientele who were before in Manila, including Navotas, Malabon, Cavite, Las Pinas and Taguig.
Programs:
Educational assistance: Provision of school supplies, books, shoes, uniforms, bags, tuition fees, school projects, field trips etc.
Activities: We also organize weekly and monthly activities such as tutorials, music and arts development, sports and recreation.
Social services: Our social workers conduct regular home and school visitations to follow and monitor the personal development and scholastic performances of the children.
Medical assistance: We have a budget to purchase medicines and face medical emergencies.
Livelihood projects: Creation of a sewing micro-enterprise composed of several skilled mothers of beneficiaries, handicrafs
