"A federal judge in Seattle ruled earlier this year that a consumer
had the
right to post slurs and personal information about executives of a credit
card
company after the man became involved in a dispute over a credit report.
The
website organizer called the executives 'scumbags, jack asses and jerks' and
posted
their home addresses, phone numbers and maps to their homes."
We must confess that there was a time when we would have thought twice about proceeding on this very same path. But now there is a federal precedent for the presentation of similar information about Shimadzu executives, managers and employees. Since our valued contributor did a lot of the leg work, well we couldn't disappoint them or our readership!
