Star Knights: Last Defender's Gambit
Debbie awoke in a huff in the Star Knight command center. She says to herself," Few it was only a dream I thought I got sucked out into space." Then Hal walks in and says," You did Debbie but I managed to get a lock on you and teleport you here."
Debbie says," So it wasn't a dram all of my friends that died really did die."
Hal says," I'm afraid so, you've been here for 5 days."
Debbie asks," So did we defeat them and were are Jayson, Jesse, Andrea, Mac, Mike and Grace I know that they were still alive when I got sucked out into space."
Hal says," They died doing the only thing they could to save the Earth the blew up the ships taking all of the Galans with them, but apparently there sacrifice was in vane because there are 20 more Galan ships that will arrive here in 2 days."
Debbie says," So Earth is doomed and I can't do anything about it, wait can we get the Star Crystals and make a new generation of Star Knights."
Hal says," I wish it were that simple the crystals are scattered across the galaxy."
Debbie asks," Then what can I do."
Hal says," Well there is only one thing you can do and that is to go back in time before the other Knights got killed and protect them no matter what the cost."
Debbie says," Good idea but won't I just look like my past self."
Hal says," We can cut your hair short and you can have them call you Debra."
Debbie says," But how am I supposed to change things in only a few hours."
Hal says," I'm going to send you back in time to right after the last battle with the Dark Knights plus I'm going to send you back with a 2 new ship the Enterprise E and the Excelsior they should be enough to even out the odds."Debbie says," I'm ready for this."
Hal says," Are you sure Debbie once you go back there is no way you can come back."
She says," I'm sure Hal and call me Debra." Hal cuts her hair short and sends her back in time with the 2 new star ships which will appear cloaked in orbit." 
     Debra appears right when the Star Knights returned to base wondering what to do with the crystals and talking to Hal. Jayson sees the flash of light and says," Hey who are you."
Debra says," Don't you recognize me."
Jesse says," Debbie is that you, but how can you be here if you are standing next to me."
Debra says," Well I'm from the future Hal sent be back to prevent something from happening and call me Debra so that you don't get me and her." she points at her past self," mixed up."
Anthony asks," What happened." Debra tells them the whole story. Jeremy says," So we all died protecting Earth."
Debra says," Yes you did but we can change that Hal sent me back here with 2 new ships they should be cloaked in orbit now."
Carrie says," He did well why don't we go check them out."
Hal says," That is a good idea because if there are those 2 ships up there we will have to recruit more than just 10 new Star Knights and we'll know the truth."
Debbie says," Common everyone to the transport." The Knights walk to the transport in the Hangar. Once they are all aboard the ship. Mac says," So where are those 2 new ships you were talking about."
Debra says," Right there." She pushes a button on what looks like a remote control and the 2 ships decloak. Jayson says," Wow those are 2 beautiful ships."
Grace says," I know what you mean."
Jesse asks," What are there names?"
Debra says," They are the Excelsior and the Enterprise E."
Jeremy asks," How many people do they take."
Debra says," The Excelsior takes 10 and the Enterprise takes 15."
Mac says," We don't have enough people to man them."
Debra says," I know that's why tomorrow you guys will go recruit the new Star Knights and then you can help me pick out the new crews."
Jayson says," Debbie bring us in." Debbie turns the transport around and they go back to Earth.
    The next day the Star Knights went to school and recruited Chris, Jeff. Marc, Mike, Brad, Anna, Amanda, Jeneve, Meredith and Caitlin like they did before but they only sent the new knights back and they went looking to meat Debra in the cafeteria. when they get there Debra says," I got some of our old friends that fought with us the first time to join us like, Brooks, Natalie, Nate, Strobe, Amber, Ramsay and Heather which gives us 27 of the 45 crew that we need. Debbie says," So we need 18 more people how will we get them in only 4 hour."
Andrea says," We have to try." They split up and go searching around the school looking for people to help them. As Debbie was going around school she ran into Katherine and recruited her. As Gracie was walking around she ran into Liz Anderson and got her to help. Jeremy was walking around and he ran into Jason Foster and got him to help. Mac ran into Chris Rennau and he volunteered to help. Carrie got Kate Murphy to help. Then they got a signal from Hal to return to base. The Star Knights returned to there base. Hal says," I've solved the crewing problem by creating Androids they will take the last thirteen places on the ships and they have only been programmed to operate engineering controls."
Carrie says," Good job Hal we only had 2 hours left."
Hal says," You guys have no time to waste split up and get on your ships."
Jayson says," I'll take the Enterprise."
Jeremy says," Well if Jayson is taking the Enterprise I want the Freedom."
Mac says," I'll take the Voyager as usual."
Carrie says," Since all of the guys are taking ships I want to take the Excelsior."
Hal says," Now get your crews."
Jayson says," Well I'm not going to pick my crew I want to see who will volunteer."
Chris says," Well I think I want to test this new ship after all it needs an engineer."
Anthony says," You can count me in."
Jesse says," The ship needs a weapons officer."
Debra says," Hey don't forget the helm I want to put this baby through the ringer."
Amanda says," Well I want to be with my friends."
Chris R. says," Well Anthony could use some company."
Mike says," Count me in."
Jayson says," We're all set Hal but we need 7 androids."
Hal says," No problem and Everyone else will need 2"
Mac says," Well who's coming with me." 
Andy says," Count me in."
Heather says," I'm in."Natalie says," Me to."
Brooks says," Why not."
Meredith says," I'll come to."
Kate says," I'm in."
Amber says," Me to."
Jeremy says," Well who wants to join me on the Freedom."
Nate says," I will old pal."
Ramsay says," I'm with you Nate, Jeremy count me in."
Jeneve says," I'm in Jeremy."
Katherine says," I'm sticking with Jeneve so count on me."
Jason says," Well I think I'll hang with Nate so I'm in."
Debbie says," I think I'll go with the ship I'm ust to so count me in."
Brad says," I kinda like the Freedom
Carrie says," Well who's with me on the Excelsior."
Grace says," I'm in Carrie."
Jeff says," I'm in."
Marc says," Me to."
Anna says," I'm in Carrie."
Caitlin says," Me to Carrie."
Andrea says," Count on me."
Liz says," I'm in." Hal teleports them to their ships with only on hour to spare. On the Enterprise Jayson says," Well It's time we split up, the androids are in engineering Chris, Anthony and Chris R. go down and join them. The rest of us will go on to the bridge." Then Jayson Debra, Amanda, Mike and Jesse went up to the bridge while the others went down to engineering. On the Freedom Jeremy says," Debbie, Nate, Ramsay, Jeneve your with me, Katherine, Jason and Brad are in engineering." On The Voyager Mac says," Heather, Natalie, Andy and Brooks with me on the bridge the rest of you will go to engineering. On the Excelsior Carrie says," Grace, Jeff, Mark, Andrea on the bridge, Anna, Grace, Caitlin and Liz you guys have engineering." The 4 ships cloaked took up positions near the Moon waiting for the Galans to arrive. Jayson says," All ships the seconds the Galans arrive decloak and attack the more we take down the better our odds will be." He gets a roger from all of the ships. Ten minutes later the 200 Galan ships arrive. Jayson says," Decloak and attack the four star Knights ships decloak and Launch a barrage of fire which consumes 100 of the Galan ships. Jeremy says," All right we're smoking." The Freedom and the other ships plunge into the remaining ships scattering. On the Enterprise Jayson says," Jesse fire weapons at the closest ship." Jesse launches a barrage photon fire and the ship explodes with only 2 hits. Jesse says," Wow this ship is powerful." Then the ship rocks. Mike says," 3 ships closing on us." The Enterprise rocked violently throwing the bridge crew to the floor. They all go up and Jayson says," Damage report." In engineering Chris says," The warp core is breached and the ship will explode in 10 minutes we must evacuate."
Jayson says," Is there any way to fix it."
Anthony says," I found away to but no one could wistand the radiation."
Debra says," Then we must evacuate."
Amanda says," I'll have the Freedom come and get us." Amanda sends the message and everyone goes to the hangar but just as they are leaving the bridge when the ship gets hit again and some consoles explode on the bridge. Jesse runs back and gets a damage report.
Jesse says," Jayson we're in trouble that last hit destroyed the hangar we're stuck here."
Jayson says," Anthony."
Anthony's voice comes on the com and he says," What is it."
Jayson says," Get back to engineering we have a problem the hangar has been destroyed and someone has to fix it or all of us will die."
Debra says," I will if he tells me how."
Jesse says," Are you sure about this."
Debra says," Well I was sent back here to protect you guys so I'm going to."
Jayson says," But you'll die."
Debra says," I know but I need to do this because my timeline no longer exists and there was never meant to be 2 of me in this time."
Jayson says," Anthony show Debra how to fix the core and good luck you guys."
Debra goes down to engineering and Jayson takes her place at the helm. On the Voyager Mac says," Grace bring us about let's take some pressure off of the Enterprise."
Grace says," Will do." The Voyager comes about and shoots at the 3 ships trying to take out the Enterprise." Jayson comes on Mac's viewscreen and says," Thanks Mac but get away from us we can't escape and the ship is going to explode in 2 minutes if it isn't fixed."
Mac says," Is there any thing we can do."
Jesse says," Well if you guys could keep any ships off of us."
Mac says," No problem." The Voyager takes up a position behind the Enterprise and covers it." Then 10 ships come up an the Voyager but then they all explode and The Excelsior and the Freedom burst through the flames. Carrie says," Jeremy and me thought you guys could use a hand we took out 27 of the other ships."
Jeremy says," We sure did but what can we do and how is the Enterprise."
Mac says," Thank you but the Enterprise isn't doing so good." On the Enterprise. Mike says," We have 30 seconds left Jayson."
Jayson yells," Engineering I need that core fixed." 
Debra says in a faint voice," I'm done." Then she passes out and Chris R. rushes her to sick bay. On the bridge Jesse says," Let's rock." Jayson brings the ship about and the Star Knight ships from a line. Grace says over the comsystem," Are you guys all right."
Mike says to Grace," We could be better." 
Carrie says," All right Knights let's finish this." The 4 ships fly at the remaining 50. The Galan ships fire their weapons at the Knights. The ships brake formation but the Excelsior is a little behind and gets hit. On the Bridge of the Ship Marc's console explodes as the ships lurches backwards. Carrie says," Damage report." 
Jeff says," The warp engines have been blown off but we still have sublight engines and 12 ships are on us." 
Carrie yells," Evasive maneuvers!" The Excelsior flies away from the oncoming ships but can't  seem to shake them. Then  the Freedom pulls behind the ships chasing The Excelsior. Jeremy says," Nate lock weapons and fire." Nate fires the weapons and they destroy 2 of the ships. Then Jeneve says," Jeremy we have more ships closing on us." On the Voyager Mac sends a message to Jayson saying that the Freedom and the Excelsior need help and the 2 ships pull up behind the ships chaisng them. Jayson yells," Fire!" Jesse launches a barrage of weapons fire which takes out 5 ships and On the Voyager Grace launches a barrage that takes out 5 ships. Jeremy signals the other 2 ships and says," Thanks for saving us."
Mac replies," It was no problem." Then the Voyager gets hit and the ship lurches violently causing everyone aboard to get knocked unconscious." Carrie says," Andrea signal the Voyager."
Andrea says," They aren't responding." Marc takes some initiative and turns the Excelsior towards the Voyager and then Jeff fires a barrage of weapons fire which wards off the ships closing on it. Then the Excelsior is hit a again and Marc yells," Shields have failed next hit will do us serious damage."
Carrie says," Then don't let that happen Marc." Then the last 38 ships bear down on the Voyager and the Excelsior. But just as they were about to fire the Enterprise and the Freedom blasts them all form behind destroying all of them. Then Jeremy signal the Voyager asking," Is everyone all right." Just then Andy comes to and says," We're all fine now let's go home and Hal can fix up the ships. The Knights return the ships to there orbits around the Moon and then Hal teleports them all home. When they get there Debra is rushed into sick bay. Debbie asks," Is there anything you can do Hal."
Hal says," No I'm afraid that she was dosed with 2 much radiation." Then Debra opens her eyes and asks," Did we make it and how is everyone." 
Debbie says," We all made it."
Debra says," Good I've done my part and it was good to see you all again for one last time." The her eyes close and the heartbeat monitor goes flat and everyone bursts into tears.
    The next day A funeral was held for her. Jayson was giving the eulogy. He says," Well knew Debra turner well and she is who we owe our lives to she came from the future to the past to give Earth one last chance to survive and she did we will never forget here and she will remain here in this place and we will call it the tomb of the future hero where she will lie forever." The crowd starts to sob then Jayson closes the door to the tomb which is inside the base. So Debra has completed her mission and brought back Earth's greatest heroes.
