I'll Always Be With You.

I think it's love I see in your eyes but you turn away
And I'm not sure if I caused you pain
Cos just a while ago, you said you thought it's time you should be going
Though you shared your love, and it felt so warm
The thought that's running through my mind is that you won't come back to stay
Though I would wait forever, my love for you would remain

And though we live through many years, and maybe many lifetimes,
We never really, truly forget.
Just the other day a stranger bumped into me, "Look where you are going!"
But as you smiled, "I'm sorry", it felt so warm.
And I didn't realise until my dreams that night,
That you were with me there, and everything will be right.

Then when we met again in spring, you said you thought you knew me,
And your words, so warm, cut through he ice.
I didn't know my heart had become so cold and lonely,
But you so wise, you saw my pain.
So you reached out with your soul and taught me how to see
That love's sweet song when sung together surely sets us free

So now the winding paths of our intentions, have intertwined once more,
And we have grown, beyond the child.
It seems that when we love, we break the ties that bind us in our bodies
And we are as one, and it feels oh so warm.
Now I know we always were soulmates through and through.
You are with me now, and I'll always be with you.
