			Guided by the planet Pluto, Setsuna is a blunt and cold girl. She has trouble with children, but promised to take care of baby Hotaru in the Sailor Stars season. She is also the oldest of the team. She has only one true friend, Rini, who calls her "Puu." In fact, her voice is the voice of the Luna-P when Rini asks for help.
As Sailor Pluto, she is the guardian of time. She has seen everything in the past and everything in the future. Her staff is a key to the door of time, which she is forbidden to close. She is also one of the carriers of the 3 talisman, her's being the Garnet Orb, which is attached to her staff. Sailor Pluto gave Rini a time travel key which she used to travel back into the past. She is the one who took Hotaru from Souichi Tomoe at the start of Sailor Stars, and raises her, with the help of Michiru and Haruka.
