here are pics i took to chart my progress. i started working out seriously sometime around january of 2002.

this is after a few months of conditioning... mainly pushups, situps, and pull ups... not much progress

after 4 months of weight training... i had just started using the whey :-D

after 10 months... must have gained 15lbs... all thanks to the whey and psycho work outs... little did i know i should have been bigger... but over training is somethign i wasnt aware of.. YET

11 months i think i had started to learn that i couldnt train every body part everday... but i was still on the 3-4 hour death work outs... although i didnt gain mass as rapidly as i would have liked, i did manage to gain it and gain definition... vascularity increased and i started getting straitions :-D

14 months into my training... i had started to create my own specific training routine and begin researching workout ethics on my own. gains became greater and more rapid.

16 months into training. learned about concept of the V back... started on my back specific routine... been trying to lower my lats and widen my sholders. these are teh results of a months work on the new plan. back had gained alot of mass and definition, but i have a ways to go before i can call it a V. needed to find a routine to increasae mass and depth. just started researching advanced supplimentation. got some flax oil, glutamine, and creatine. poppin pills like an addict :-D

just a pic of the front since i had forgotten the previous month. 17 month bod. still need to increase mass on chest and peak out my bis... my tris had begun to outgrow my bis considerably. the difference is becoming more and more evident everyday.

quite proud when i got my serratus to be so defined... i have a ways to go before ill be content, but getting these was one of my goals.
19 months. this is the end of my new back routine consisting of bent over rows, chins, seated rows, tbar, shrugs, supper setted sholder routine, etc... that routine was kept for about 2 months. next set of pictures will hopefully present the gains i'll make on the new routine i jsut started today. notice.. i still need to even up my bicepts. my left bicept is slightly larger then my right. tricepts are becoming overgrown as compared to my bicepts. i have a routine planned to compensate. hopefully next time the results will come. i also started researching advanced nutrition and time based supplimentation. goign to develpe a routine and strict diet. also shifted my chest work out to emphasize more of my upper chest.

04.20.04... its been about 20 days since the last post. i've started to dead lift and really kick up my workouts. i even developed a new routine to account for the differences in strength and size between my left and right bicepts. hopefully it'll all work out. within the 20 days i have seen improvments im my... buttocks, lats, tricepts, bicepts, forearms, lower back, quads, calfs.

heres a pic of my quad... i need to get a real cam so i can take pics of my lower body. anyhow this is the reason my jeans no longer fit.. that and my buttocks has been growing disgustingly fast.... hopefully soon ill be able to crack walnuts with them :-D well, later all...
oh by the way. this will be my new post format... ill post 4 pics of my front and back... and one or two misc. pics see you in a few weeks ;-D

05.02.04... i've made dramatic progress on my bicepts. i've gained about 1/4" since last time. they measure at 14.5" unpumped. managed to get more separations on my pecs. and theres considerable growth around my lats and delts... my forearms seem to be improving a bit as well... none of this is really visible, so ill post some pics i took with a few remarks on them. i drew in some lines to show you guys what im planning on working on for the next month. i want to bring out my lats... well bring them down more... this will be done with chin ups, lat pulldowns, and various rowing excersizes.
want to widen up my delts. i've been improving dramatically on the military press.
my pecs. i want to square out my pecs be continuing to work out the upper half, but i can see my lower half is starting to lagg.. i need to put on a few inches down there. so ill probably end up excluding flat bench and simply incorperating incline and decline movements to target various sections more.
as you can see my abs are starting to show more... no i havent really been working on them... i've been eating less and drinking more fluids and incorperating a 1 hour run, once a week around my neighborhood. theres jsut so many things to work on...
i dont see a point in all this... lol i need to get everything bigger anyways. i expecially have to kick up my legg routine. im starting to see many seperations thansk to my increased squat and legg press routine.
sadly my calves are attached high... so its harder to get them to "look good" although i have been noticing improvement.

05.18.04 what sup gang. been a while. so lately i've been really lazy... too lazy to eat... so i've been loosing water weight... i guess it turns out for the best... i look alot better, more seperations, stirations, etc... graining some mass on my arms.ok ok so you cant to se ethe goods.. here they are.

my backs been gettin pretty nice. lats are starting to grow out quite nicely. my pecs are starting to separate out to a upper and lower... notice the nice stirations in my bi flex.

i msut say.. the deadlifts are doing wonders on for back... that and the bent over rows. i've decided to cut back on training my traps. they're starting to get outa hand and instead focus more on my lats during back days.
as far as my pecs go, they're going nicely. right now i have this problem when i run... after a while they start to hurt form all the jiggling... now i know how women feel... i wonder if it'll get worse once i get them biger...
forearms are bulking up very nicely keeping in porportion with the rest of my arms ;-D welll see you next month... or at the end of summer if i get lazy...

08.11.04 sups all... its been a while eh? for those that keep up with this... anyhow... i lost a lot of weight over the summer... i was edging on 150 before summer... now im 136 in the mornings... :-(. yea dramatic drop... these pics are to motivate me... look at the mess i have let myself decay into.

yea im dissapointed too... i never knew keeping mass was so damn hard.. these days everyones bitching about their weight... here i am nagging about my lack of it... creul world lol. well not much time, so ill post agian when i get back to school... maybe 2-3 weeks into training.

this is a pic of my pumped... not a big pump, but a pump none the less. this is the last time ill see my body in this form... by the end of winter i will hope to have gained ten more lbs of mass and by next year 20 total. i am currently weighing in at 138 lbs... i've gained two lbs since last i posted.
and this will be the last entry on this page... as i think its gettin too long... ill start another html document to chart progress for my 04-05 lifting seaon.
by the way i jstu got back from running six miles... yea i know... i couldnt resist it... felt the need to run. 1
