Mistress 9  aka Sailor Saturn from SMS. I've already got a couple Sailor Moon peopke in here! I need more variety!  Anyway, we thought Mistress 9 looked evil enough, plus shes got the dark hair. I wouldn't say shes the most beautiful gal alive, but hey, its hard to match perfectly when  you have to work with people who already exist.
