Tour Dates
Here are some more confirmed 1998 tour dates.
Hard to Imagine
As you may have heard, Pearl Jam will be performing on the soundtrack of the indie film Chicago Cab. They will be providing two tracks: Who You Are and the ever-elusive Hard to Imagine, which will be played over the ending credits. This marks the first time that Hard to Imagine will be put on an official release. It was a demo for both Vs. and Vitalogy, but has never found its way onto a PJ album. The soundtrack will be released by Stone's Loosegroove Records.
Radio Broadcasts
PJ will be doing two radio broadcasts this month: an interview with 102.1 The Edge in Toronto -- on January 27th -- and another Monkeywrench Radio program -- on the 31st. The 102.1 show will feature Jeff and Ed being interviewed and previewing songs from Yield, while Monkeywrench Radio will be broadcast via live satellite and will be free of charge to any station that wants to carry it! If you want your local radio station to air Monkeywrench Radio, you can either e-mail them or call them up. Let them know that there are fans in your area who would tune into this!
Video
As you have probably realized by now, there will be no video for Given to Fly. I really can't see why anybody should think that they were going to have one, given their general antipathy towards the concept. However, PJ will be making a home video, which should be released in early spring!
