WORLDS allows people who log in to 'chat' inside a 3-dimensional video-game like environment. Users are given a choice of personas or 'Avatars', ranging from a digitized photo of a blond preteen boy to an elderly man to a cute teenage girl. You select one of these, then proceed to a virtual room where other avatars are having a conversation.
