Taiho ShichauZo or You Are Under Arrest is a Japanese
original video animation created by Kosuke Fujishima in 1987. It is serialized
in Comic Party. Seven volumes were published to date (March, 1991). His
first OVA series was the very popular Aa Megami-sama (Ah My Goddess).
