This Update's Special: Mizuno Ami, Sailormercury
An Endearing Genius (Part 2 of 4)

As always, first on the list of featuring Hino Rei's comrades...Mizuno Ami! Genius girl with a reported IQ of 300! 300? Wow! Even Usagi was amazed at the quiet girl's brilliance. With her soft, gentle ways and benevolent composure, everyone has really loved Ami-chan! (Except for her detractors, of course, and probably no senshi has run out of that!) And there is still the fact that the genius girl of Juuban is selfless...always there to help her friends. With an enormous patience, too! Especially for Usagi!

Ami-chan has always excelled in her class. And we all know that her main passion is studying. Studying? Why, yes! And even the senshi marvel at this until the very end! Ami is always there to head the study group at Rei's house. She encourages her friends to keep at it. But this is not at all. The genius girl has other talents that were overlooked besides. Ami is an excellent swimmer that she even tied with Michiru when they raced. And Ami does some cooking, too! She helps her mother, a doctor, even when she was younger!

Ami reflects the gentleness and vivacity of the mist and the water that is her power.

Sailormercury aids the senshi with her most powerful asset, her intelligence. In every way, she contributes a lot for love and justice, which is their aim. Though her powers do not strike a forceful blow, and at one time, admitted to be the "weakest," Sailormercury's powers over the mist is still greatly instrumental to achieve their end. She is still a very important character in the senshis' strategy.

Even the tough Sailoruranus saw for herself the power within Sailormercury. With all Sailormercury's strength and resources, she devises a clear plan that would eliminate her enemy. And even marveling at her method too, since she can think of ways in little time.

And Sailormercury exhibits this unique kind of strength that only she can possess.

And considering this has appealed successfully even to the toughness of Sailoruranus! Her humility even amazed Michiru. Well, I don't think this is your kind of weakling!

Ami dreams of becoming a successful doctor like her mother someday. At one time, she almost went to America to study there, much to the disappointment of her friends. However, she also realized her dedication to being a fighter for justice and to her friends. Her ambition and her mission can still be made possible back home.

Still demure and gentle, Ami's cheerfulness and brilliance never fails to amaze us all! It's like there is always an inner glow emanating from her.

It never fails to amaze her friends! Even if her concern goes as far as giving books (and more books!) as a birthday gift! Don't forget that the reason behind this is that she wants them to be prepared for an exam, help them in school, etc.

Rei, Usagi, Makoto and Minako simply bow their heads in disbelief that she goes shopping for books all the time! Well, that's Mizuno Ami for you. Her unique personality is truly endearing to all, and never fails to amaze those who know her! So why not take a look at the gentle and beautiful senshi of the water a second time? You'll be delighted to find out the kind of charm she has!
