"Mars Power, make up!" Rings of fire begin to surround Hino Rei until she finds herself as a sailor suited warrior for love and justice, Sailormars.

Sailormoon has just called on, "Moon Tiara Action!" as her attack and the moon tiara wrapped the youma's (monster) arms. But moments later, the youma already broke free of the tiara. Angrily, Sailormars rose up and summoned her Fire Soul.

When she uses Fire Soul, Sailormars put hers hands together as if in prayer, the same way she does when she meditates (kuji) before the fire.

Then fire comes from her fingers and the flames swirl at the enemy.

This attack was used in the anime until the first part of season R. A variation of this attack is the "Fire Soul Bird" wherein Sailormars combines her ofuda ("Akuryou Taisan!") and Fire Soul to make a firebird (similar to the Phoenix) appear. This is surely one of the most impressive attacks!
