Ingredients: 

Method: 

  1. Cook potatoes and mash.
  2. Add cream or milk, egg yolk, salt and pepper and mix till creamy.
  3. Brown onion and garlic with meat, add salt pepper and tomato-paste, herbs and extract and cook a while.
  4. Spread half of the potatoes on the bottom of a medium sized casserole greased dish.
  5. Layer with meat and the rest of the potatoes on top.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200 degrees C. (400 F) for 20 - 30 minutes.
