Kay’s Ice Cream (submitted by Kay & Peter Bale) 

Ingredients:
1 tin condensed milk
4 egg yolks
500 ml cream
2 tablespoons brandy (or Van der Hum)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

 

Method:

  1. Combine egg yolks and condensed milk.

  2. Beat cream until fairly stiff.

  3. Add to condensed milk mixture.

  4. Add vanilla and brandy.

  5. Freeze.

  6. Chomp.
