Kay’s
Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 tin condensed milk
4 egg yolks
500 ml cream
2 tablespoons brandy (or Van der Hum)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method:
Combine
egg yolks and condensed milk.
Beat
cream until fairly stiff.
Add to
condensed milk mixture.
Add
vanilla and brandy.
Freeze.
Chomp.
