Meringues

Ingredients:
1 egg white
1 cup castor sugar
2 t white vinegar
2 t boiling water
1 t vanilla essence
Method:
Put the
whole lot into a mixing bowl and beat at high speed for 10 minutes.
Scoop
out a teaspoon (for small ones) onto a baking sheet.
Bake at
120 c for 20 minutes.
Switch off oven and leave for 20 minutes.
