Angels are the enemy in this anime. They possess a strong defensive barrier which renders all attacks by conventional weapons useless. These fields are called Absolute Terror Fields. The Angels themselve look very odd. They come in many shapes and size. They can also attack in many different ways. Nobody know for sure why the Angels attack, but it seems as though they are testing the human race. The Angels are also the messangers from God. This is know by what has happened according to the Bible. The came to Mary to proclaim that she would be the mother of Chris. They also appeared to many others to tell of great things that were going to happen. In this anime as well they have the name of the Angels too. To sum it all up, Angels are the most formidible foe ever known.
