The fighting methods, techniques, body postures in weapon fighting, are the same as you would perform in an unarmed combat method, except now you have a weapon in your hand and the pronunciations are different.

There are many different sword kamae, overall there are 13 different kamae. Below I have selected the most practical of the Kamae to use in a fighting situation.
Dai Jordan-no Kamae – Above The Head Posture
Sigan-no Kamae – Held In Front Posture
Hasso-no Kamae – Held To The Side Posture
Gyaku-no Kamae – Hidden Behind Back Posture
Kocho-no Kamae – Like Doko-no Kamae Posture
Ibariki-no Kamae – Side Resting Posture
Ichi-no Kamae – Blade Resting On Arm Posture
Hira-no Kamae – Natural Standing Posture

Shinken Taihen-Jutsu (Sword Evasion Skills)
This training is in-fact part of the Tai-Jutsu training under Jutai-Jutsu. When a student normally undertakes training in ken-jutsu, they also know how to disarm a swordsman if they are unable to draw, drop or break their sword during an attack, so this is why it has be included into Buki-Jutsu skills.
Tanto Jutsu: knife Fighting
The art of ninjutsu knife fighting, now taught in modern knife fighting scenarios, still at the same time employing ninjutsu knife fight techniques.

There are many types of shurikens over 15. Here I have listed the most common shuriken used in training. The different types of shuriken are:

Sanban Shuriken – Moon Star (diamond shape)

All up there are five different types of hand claws and one-foot claw, These are known as:
Shuko: Palm – Claws (used to catch sharp
objects like swords, climbing and attacking)
Kuma Shuko – Bear Claws (back of hand style)

Tekken - Knuckles Busters
Kakute - Finger Ring (poison spike hidden in the Jewel
of the ring. Jewel is removable)
Ashuko – Foot Spikes (used for climbing and can be
used to for attacking)
