Because of the fact that many characters appeared in both stories, I have decided to combine the two lists for these two stories into one, and then increased the number of characters from 10 to 12.

There were certain rules that I went by when I was determining the ranking for the characters. First was that I did not assume the characters would continue to improve after the story ended. The second rule was that I considered only the characters' peaks, so if character A defeats character B in the story, it doesn't necessarily mean that character A is a better fighter.
