Card Captor Sakura Summaries
The following is a translation of issue 9 of Card Captor Sakura (We do not have the issues 6 to 8, but we will very soon! Sorry about this!)
The scene opens as Sakura is in the middle of a battle with a young woman who has been posesssed. She is armed with a large sword and is very skilled. It appears to have her trapped until suddenly a young boy appears. He is dressed in chinese clothing and is armed with a sword. The young boy's name is Ri and he is also after "The Clow" cards. He helps Sakura and soon the young woman is free and Sakura cradles her in her arms. (Kero-chan bites Ri! Tee hee! Some thanx!)
Yukito suddenly appears on the scene, looking very cute and carrying food! (of course!) He wants to be introduced to Sakura's friends and is concerned when he sees that Ri's hand is injured. Yukito reaches out out to Ri and...Ri freaks! He takes off as fast as he can in the opposite direction. Leaving a rather stunned Yukito behind.
Later that day Touya lounges in a tree as Yukito stands beneath him smiling happily! (I just can't decribe this scene, it is cuteness overload!) A few of the tree leaves have blown around Yukito and a few are resting on his shoulders. Touya reaches out an gently plucks them off... Suddenly though a spirit ward zips through the air landing on Touya's outstrected hand. It sizzles on his arm, much to Touya's dismay. Ri has witnessed the scene between Touya and Yukito and is JEALOUS! Yes, that's right, Ri is in love with Yukito and thinks that Touya may be a comptetitor for Yukito's affection. Touya and Ri square off, as they look daggers at each other! (Too funny! Touya looks like he is going ot break Ri...) Sakura arrives suddenly and offers Yukito some food. Which of course freaks Ri out (Sakura being his only real competition) and he rushes over to offer some chocolate to Yukito. Ri then rushes off looking VERY embarrassed!
