Sakura went out to buy some ingredients for the food that she will cook that night. As she skates home, she saw a poster of a festival at Kaho's shrine. [Summarizer's note: I will call from now on, Mitsuki as Kaho] Sakura remembered that she has not bought the protective charm from the shrine yet. She told herself that she will ask Tomoyo to join her. She suddenly stopped skating and made a detour to Yukito's house.
Sakura sighs for it seems that no one is in Yukito's house. Suddenly, someone called her. She saw Yukito on top of the roof. Yukito invited her inside his house and Sakura was very happy that she made the detour. Sakura asked where Yukito's grandparents are. Yukito told her that they went in an outing which they frequently do. Sakura wonders if Yukito is lonely being alone. Sakura then invited him for dinner and much to Sakura's delight, Yukito accepts.
While walking home, they bumped into Touya, just as Sakura was telling Yukito that she ate her brother's share of food. Sakura was still a bit tense about what happened and Touya told her that it was because she wasn't looking where she was going. Yukito asked her about the festival and Sakura told him that she will ask Tomoyo to go with her. When Touya learned that only Sakura and Tomoyo who will be going there, Touya told her that he will come, too. Sakura asked why and Touya told her that he wants to go. Sakura was puzzled by his answer. Yukito asked if he can go, too and Sakura blushed, telling him that he can. Sakura immediately went to call Tomoyo.
Yukito told Touya that Touya was going because he wants to protect his sister for she might come home late and there are a lot of people which might be dangerous. Yukito comments that Touya is a very caring brother. Touya made faces and told Yukito to shut up. Sakura came back and told them that Tomoyo can come. When Yukito asked where the festival was, Sakura told him that it was at Kaho's shrine. Touya was shocked. Sakura then told Touya that it seems that Kaho was also Touya's teacher then. Touya says to forget about it then proceeds to cook.
At the shrine, Tomoyo was very glad for she will be able to film Sakura on camera again. Sakura was trying to get a balloon in a tank of water with a hook but she failed to get it. Yukito asked her if she wants the red balloon then he'll get it for her. Yukito was able to get the balloon easily and gave it to Sakura. Sakura then was surprised to see Chiharu and Takashi. [Summarizer's note: I will call from now on, Yamazaki as Takashi] Chiharu told her that Naoko had told them about it and she tried to called them up but they were not at home. Sakura asked where Naoko is. Chiharu told her that she went with Rika to school to have some piano lessons.
Then, they heard a lot of cheering. They saw Li shooting up in a gallery. Sakura called out to Li who blushed. Sakura asked if he won all of the mountain of gifts/toys. Li said yes. Yukito praised Li. Li blushed when he saw Yukito. Li suddenly looked for something in the mountain of gifts and gave Yukito a box of chocolate cookies. Yukito thanked him. Takashi begins to say something when Chiharu pushes him away. Chiharu told Takashi that if he'll win one of the monkey stuff toy, she will give him a cake the next day. Takashi says that he should pray. When Chiharu asked why, Takashi says so that nothing will happen when he eats the cake. Chiharu then proceeds to strangle Takashi.
Tomoyo whispers to Sakura that it is nice that Sakura was able to have a balloon given by Yukito. Suddenly, Li came and asked her what they are talking about. Tomoyo comments that nothing escapes Li's hearing when it comes to hearing the name of the person he likes. Sakura, fearfully tried to explain. Then, both of them blush when Yukito asked what were they fussing about. Touya suddenly came and asked Li if he wants anything with his sister. Sakura was speechless about what was happening.
Chiharu then shouts with delight for Takashi was able to win the stuff toy. Tomoyo then told Sakura if she wants the 'rabbit with wings' toy which is the first prize. Tomoyo tells Sakura that she likes rabbits very much. Sakura cannot understand what she means. [Note: Yukito's name can be literally translated as 'Snow Rabbit'] Yukito then comments that it is really cute. Li then immediately went to the gallery to win the rabbit toy. Touya then followed. The contest was to throw hoops. Li and Touya were angrily staring at each other. Yukito says that it will be a good fight then he asked Sakura as to what she wants to buy. Sakura blushes for Yukito had remembered about it. Tomoyo told them that she will wait for the two and told Sakura that she will manage with the two and that Sakura should go ahead.
Yukito offered his hand to the blushing Sakura as they walk. Sakura told him that she wants a protective charm. Yukito suggested that they walk at the back so that there will be fewer people. Then, they saw lights all around them. Sakura asked if they were fireflies. Yukito says that it is autumn so there shouldn't be any. Yukito wonders as to what they are. Sakura then remembered her dream. Yukito told her that it was beautiful as they were surrounded by the lights. Sakura, blushing, then called Yukito's name and start saying, "I....I....."
Suddenly, there was a noise and Sakura immediately withdrew her hand from Yukito. Touya and Li shouted that they got it and showed to Sakura and Li the toys that they got. Tomoyo told them that since the two were very eager, the owner gave each of them the 1st prized toy. Li gave the toy to Yukito while Touya gave his to Sakura. Yukito then offered to treat all of them with ice desserts.
As Chiharu and Takashi went off, Sakura told Tomoyo that she has to do something. The two run off, leaving a worried Touya. Kaho in shrine costume came and greeted them. Li,after seeing Kaho, immediately left. Kaho and Yukito introduced themselves. Yukito comments on her costume and Kaho told him that she is helping her family for the shrine is her home. Yukito then remembered something and asked Kaho where to buy the charm. Kaho pointed it out to him. Yukito then thanked her and left. Kaho told Touya that he haven't changed. Touya asked what is she saying. Kaho giggles and told him that he already knows. Touya asked her as to why she had come back. Kaho told him that there is something going to happen and she wants to see it.
Sakura lead Tomoyo to the lights. Sakura told her that it is very alike with the ones in her dream. Suddenly the lights went to Sakura's clow key. Sakura then extended the key and captured the card. It was the 'Glow' card. Sakura thinks Kerberos is right about remembering dreams and that when she said 'it is surely', she meant 'it is surely a clow card.' Sakura then looked around and can't find Tomoyo. Tomoyo then came out of the bushes, videotaping Sakura. Sakura says that if she haven't had that dream, she wouldn't know that it was a clow card. Tomoyo says that even Li wasn't able to feel it.
Sakura hugs the card and says that because of what it did when she was with Yukito, she was very happy. She thanked the card as Tomoyo smiles at her. Suddenly, Yukito came and went to them. Yukito gave Sakura the protective charm. Sakura blushes happily. Yukito told her that the protective charm of this place is very powerful so Sakura will be well-protected from harm. Sakura smiles and said, 'yes'
