Daidouji Tomoyo: The Film Crew

Sakura's best friend, Tomoyo practically has a camera attached to her arm. She almost always has it with her, just in case a card appears, and its time to roll film.

    Tomoyo comes from a very rich family. Her mother owns a successful toy company, providing her daughter and Sakura with the gadgets they sometimes need when capturing the Clow Cards. I think that Tomoyo's father must be dead, because he isn't ever mentioned.
     Sakura and Tomoyo are relatives, because their mothers were cousins. Sonomi Daidouji, Tomoyo's mom, just happens to hate Fujitaka, Sakura's dad, for stealing her cousin away. Sonomi and Nadeshiko were very close as children.
     Tomoyo loves designing clothes, and has a new outfit for every card capture that Sakura does. Sakura herself thinks that it is a little silly, but wears the costumes nonetheless.
     She also video tapes all of the cards, getting her best friend's captures on film. (Kero loves to watch himself on the video!) After all, Tomoyo was Sakura's very first confidant about the Clow Cards, being the only other person to know of them until the arrival of Sakura's new rival...Syaoran Li.
