Kino Makoto: The Amazon

She's often stereotyped as the aggresive, rough-and-ready member of the inner senshi.  Now, that may be fairly accurate, but most people forget...Mako has a soft side, too.

Makoto is a very tall and aggressive girl.  She is the best fighter of the Inner Senshi, and was supposedly expelled from her previous school for doing just that.  She doesn't have many friends because people are afraid of her and think she is a bully, but Usagi (a.k.a. Serena or Bunny) becomes her friend.       Makoto's parents were killed in a plane crash when she was young, and she lives by herself in an apartment.  However, she was somewhat traumatized by the accident, and has an intense phobia of airplanes.  (Once, in the manga, she gets scared by an airplane commercial on TV!)      She loves to cook, and her friends love to eat her food.  Makoto also happens to be very...well...obsessed with guys, and often says that they look just like her old sempai.  And, although she chases guys a lot, there is a lot of speculation on whether she is really in love with her good friend Shinozaki (a.k.a. Ken).
