Persynality : Tim is carefree and laid back. He doesn't take much seriously, except for his studies of magic. He's the proud owner of a quick wit and sharp tongue, which allows him to get into trouble with a few choice words. Although he can make friends easily, he's a private individual who prefers to keep to himself. He has a fierce loyalty to the cause of magic, as he is a Mana Mage, and harbours a deep resentment towards the tech users and all they have done.
Interests : His only interest is in furthering his knowledge and abilities in magic, but he has a curiosity towards the unknown and things he doesn't yet understand.
History : Not much is known of his past as he is unwilling to discuss it with anyone. Since joining the cause of magic he has journeyed forth on several short, relatively safe missions, as his abilities have developed. When more pressing matters arose, he teamed up with other great magic users, and became involved in direct combat with members of the tech user army. From battling a ship on the ocean, to defending an elven village from metallic attackers, to assaulting a tech user supply route, to entering the depths of Labyrinthus. He has seen the deaths of companions and destruction of their way of life, and even seen what the after life may hold if they should fail.
Dungeon Master's Comment: In this modern world where "oil is thicker than blood"*, Tim is a beautiful representation of the purely high fantasy realm the world of Serpents & Sorcery once was. In both appearance and persynality (not to mention ability), he is not unlike the young heroes Nightstar and Merlin were at the beginning of the legendary Quest of the Infinite Sky centuries ago. As he strives for the Magic-Users even in these dark times, Tim truly is an enchanter - of the lands and people blessed with his presence.
*A phrase used by Magic-Users in the desert lands of Shazeem, referring to the fact that their homeland (which was originally inspired by the now-defunct Al-Qadim campaign setting) is now aggressively sought after by the Tech-User Empire since it contains vast quantities of said fossil fuel. It was coined by me in 1996.
