Season One

1. The Tearing

Megabyte tries to blackmail Bob into stabilizing a tear that would give Megabyte access into the super computer. Bob refuses, and escapes from Megabyte just as a game is descending. The game stabilizes the tear, so Megabyte infects the game to get access to the super computer - and it's up to Bob and Dot to stop him before he gets to the tear.

2. Racing The Clock

Enzo starts a Delivery business, and Megabyte is his first customer. Enzo agrees to take a package from Megabyte to Hexadecimal. Not trusting Megabyte, Bob tries to deliver the package, at the same time Enzo finds out the package is really a dangerous "delete" command. Bob, Dot and Enzo are trapped in an Formula One racing game -- only Bob still doesn't know what's in the package!

3. The Quick and the Fed

Dot is partially erased by a magnet. Phong tells Bob that to slow down the erase command, Dot needs "slow food" -- which can only be found in the most dangerous part of Mainframe -- Level 31. Bob rushes to get Dot the slow food, but they get trapped in a Castles and Knights game, and Enzo's the damsel in distress!

4. Medusa Bug

Hexadecimal tricks Megabyte into releasing a virus - the Medusa - on Mainframe. The virus begins to turn everything to stone. Bob, Dot and Enzo are nearly caught in the virus, but manage to escape to Phong's. Phong's ancient virus command doesn't work - and all of Mainframe is turned to stone - except for Bob.

5. The Tiff

After Bob and Dot have an argument over how Enzo should spend his free time, Enzo stages his own kidnapping to try to get them back together. But when Bob and Dot argue on the way to his rescue, Enzo is forced to save himself. Then a game cube descends, but can Dot and Bob stop arguing long enough to win the game and save Mainframe?

6. In the Belly of the Beast

Frisket eats an "un-format command" that Megabyte was looking for. Megabyte traps Frisket, and intends to "open him" to get at the command. Enzo attempts to rescue Frisket, and while trying to escape, they find themselves in Megabyte's weapon's room!

7. The Crimson Binome

The Crimson Binome and his pirates sail into an unsuspecting Mainframe, planning to loot the cities software - including Glitch. Bob is captured by the pirates who plan to sell him in another system. Dot, Enzo and Frisket commandeer the fastest ship in Mainframe to try and catch up to the retreating pirates and rescue Bob.

8. Enzo, The Smart

Enzo, dejected because he's not as smart as the others, alters the Clockspeed of Mainframe from 32 bit to 8 bit to make himself faster. But as he discovers, he's not any faster, but all of Mainframe is slower -- Basic in fact! On his way back to reset the clockspeed, a game cube drops, leaving Enzo to fight the user with a basic version of Bob and Dot - who are really no help!

9. Wizards, Warriors and a Word from our Sponsor

Mike the TV is terrorizing Bob, Dot and Enzo with his endless TV babble. Then a game cube drops trapping the 4 of them in a "Dungeon" game. Dot is the Wizard, Enzo is the Archer, and Bob a lowly thief. The Mighty Warrior, much to the team's surprise -- is Mike the TV!

10. The Great Brain Robbery

Megabyte hires himself a special 'agent' -- a hacker named Mouse -- who he shrinks down to microscopic size. Megabyte wants to insert Mouse, Hack and Slash, into Bob's brain to get the codes for the super computer. Unfortunately, the shrunken Mouse ends up in Enzo's brain, and when Enzo starts acting strangely, Bob and Dot take him to Phong - who discovers the intruder. Bob is shrunk down and sent into Enzo's brain to get Mouse, Hack and Slash out of there.

11. Talent Night in Hell

Bob tries to keep Enzo busy while Dot is planning his surprise party. It's Enzo's first upgrade, and she's planning a huge party. Dot is interviewing acts to perform at the party and some of them are not quite what she had in mind. When Enzo arrives at his surprise party - he not only get's the performances, but Megabyte shows up and enters a dueling guitar contest with Bob.

12. Identity Crisis - Part 1

Dot tries to help a group of Binomes escape from Megabyte. After Dot enters all the Binomes Personal Identification Numbers into her organizer, the file is stolen. After discovering that Megabyte has the organizer, and is trying to decode her password, Dot blames herself. While trying to help Dot get control and try and rescue the organizer, a game cube drops trapping them in a "funhouse".

13. Identity Crisis - Part 2

Dot is losing the "Funhouse" game, Bob is trapped by the User, and to help save Mainframe, Phong appears in the game and attaches a device to Dot. Suddenly Dot finds herself back in Mainframe - but it's the future of Mainframe she's seeing. She meets Enzo, who's now a teenage thug, Megabyte is in control of the city, Bob had been nullified, and Phong is just a crazy old sprite. Suddenly Dot finds herself back in the game, and now determined to beat the user and win the game.

Season Two

14. Infected

A File Upgrade command descends on Mainframe. The Principal's Office put's up it's armour and Mainframe powers down to prepare for the upgrade. As Phong and Bob open the command, Megabyte steals the command codes. With Mainframe stuck in power down mode, Bob has to find a Recharge Zone to power up Glitch in order to stop Megabyte.

15. High Code

A codemaster arrives in Mainframe, demanding to see someone he calls Codemaster Talon. When no one comes forward, the codemaster threatens to destroy Mainframe. In order to destroy the codemaster, Bob invites him into a game cube, planning to let the user win. This would erase the codemaster, and Bob too. But Enzo also get's trapped in the game, forcing Bob to win, and let the codemaster loose on Mainframe looking for "Talon".

16. When Games Collide

Megabyte starts using a Power Leech command causing Mainframe to experience strange power cuts. His tampering causes two game cubes to land at the same time, fusing the World War game and a Dinosaur World together. Bob and Megabyte are trapped in the double game. When Bob wins the game, he finds Megabyte has disappeared and broken into the Mainframe archives to steal an old Portal command, and he's taken Enzo and Frisket hostage.

17. Bad Bob

Megabyte tries to steal energy from Mainframes core, and accidentally causes a game cube to land on the Principal's Office. Now Bob and Enzo not only have to defeat the user in the game, but stop Megabyte, who's been turned into a truck that is carrying the Core energy.

18. Painted Windows

Hexadecimal steals the System Paint Program and begins to paint effects all over the city. Bob, Dot and Enzo try to break the link between Hex and the Paint Program. Hex catches Bob as he tries to perform and Undo Command, and Bob cut's and pastes Hexadecimal's face into a buffer window. Without her face to control the energy, Hex's power drains away, leaving Bob to try and keep her from being destroyed.

19. AndrAIa

Enzo is feeling lonely and left out of Bob and Dot's busy lives. When a game cube descends on Mainframe, trapping Bob, Dot and Enzo in an Undersea Adventure, Enzo meets and becomes friends with AndrAIa, a little girl sprite. The two of them have a great time playing the Game, until it is nearly over and Enzo realizes that AndrAIa is a Game Sprite. When the game goes away, his new friend will go with it...

20. Nullzilla

Hexadecimal is infected by a strange creature from another world, which causes all the Nulls in Mainframe to swarm over her - creating Nullzilla, a huge monster which threatens the city. With the help of Phong's gadgets, Bob, Dot and Enzo battle the giant Null-monster and try to save the city -- and Hexadecimal.

21. Gigabyte

Megabyte is now infected by the strange creature that created "Nullzilla". He attacks Hexadecimal, and to everyone's horror the two viruses join and become one hideously strong virus -- Gigabyte. Bob and Dot call on the mercenary Mouse for help, and together the three of them try and stop the unstoppable Gigabyte.

22. Trust No One

Something in the lower levels of Mainframe is preying on harmless binomes and sprites, draining their energy. CGI Special Agents Fax Modem and Data Nully (voice of Gillian Anderson) arrive in Mainframe to help solve the mystery. Mouse is still in Mainframe, and she is suspected by the others, but the real villain turns out to be much more dangerous to Mainframe, and Bob discovers another world which threatens his friends and adopted home.

23. Web World Wars

The portal open by the Web Creature has left Mainframe wide open to invasion from The Web, the dangerous alternative system to The 'Net. Bob must enlist the help of Megabyte and Hexadecimal to close the rift before the city is destroyed, but will the viruses work with Bob..... or against him?

Season Three

24. To Mend and Defend

Dot, Mouse and Phong use their tactical and technical skills to defend against the viral attack and restore the damaged Principal Office shields. Enzo's Guardian programming is triggered by the descent of the Game Cube, so Dot goes with him to back him up. Enzo's authority as Guardian is questioned, and he wonders if he can defeat the user and win the game?

25. Between a Racoon and a Hard Place

Megabyte uses Cyrus's propaganda against Enzo in his battle to control Mainframe. Mouse reconfigures her icon and AndrAIa's so that they can enter and depart Games. Enzo's rescue of a binome and their subsequent victory in the Rocky the Rabid Raccoon Game enhances Enzo's credibility as a Guardian.

26. Firewall

After Enzo saves Cyrus in a Game, Cyrus switches to Enzo's 'team'. Megabyte's deletion of Enzo is halted by the ingenious activation of a Firewall, which forces back Megabyte, his troops, and Hexadecimal into G-Prime. The cheering crowds indicate a new confidence in Enzo as the Guardian of Mainframe.

27. Game Over

Enzo is badly hurt in a game by the user. Frisket and Andraia are unable to help him. Dot's horror is contrasted by Megabyte's laughter as the Game Voice announces:' GAME OVER - USER WINS.'

28. Icons

The now adult Enzo, Matrix, AndrAIa and Frisket are lost on the Net. They search for Mainframe by using Games to hop from system to system. Matrix and AndrAIa train timid Binomes to become an elite Game playing force in a last ditch attempt to save their decimated system.

29. Where No Sprite Has Gone Before

Matrix and AndrAIa are briefly at odds with one another, as they take opposing sides in a stand off between the system inhabitants, Superheroes (one of whom, "Cursor", Matrix thinks may be Bob) and Spectrols (light energy beings). However, they soon realize that the two sides must work together to defend themselves against a deadly viral invasion.

30. Number 7

Matrix, AndrAIa and Frisket find themselves back in Mainframe, but they discover it is a Game where Matrix ReBoots as Megabyte, and to win, he must defeat Bob. he wakes from what turns out, was a bad dream. Matrix is renewed, promising AndrAIa that his Game hopping days are over, and that he will not rest until he locates Bob.

31. The Episode With No Name

Matrix, AndrAIa and Frisket find themselves in a Port System. AndrAIa and Frisket search for a ship to take them to the Web. Matrix runs into Turbo, the Prime Guardian, who tells Matrix that he and the other Guardians have been infected by the Supervirus -- Daemon. Matrix, Turbo, AndrAIa and Frisket defeat the guardians attacks. The Guardians are after Matrix, because he carries Bob's clean Guardian programming.

32. The Return of the Crimson Binome

Matrix, AndrAIa, meet Captain Capacitor and help him free the crew of the Saucy Mare from prison. They also free the mysterious WebSurfer, who takes a shine to AndrAIa, despite Matrix's obvious distrust of him. WebSurfer offers to lead the Mare to the Edge of Beyond.

33. The Edge of Beyond

Matrix's search for Bob takes him to the Edge of Beyond. AndrAIa is fatally poisoned by a Web Creature, and the race is on to find the anti-toxin. Matrix has to rely on WebSurfer if he is to save AndrAIa. Matrix also discovers the secret of the WebSurfer.

34. Webriders on the Storm

Matrix, Websurfer, and the crew of the Saucy Mare encounter the Web Riders, who stop them from getting the anti-toxin that was the last chance to save AndrAIa from deletion. The Web Riders' mysterious leader, Interface, uses his mystical powers to restore AndrAIa. She recognizes him, despite his Web suit, as Bob.

35. Mousetrap

Following Matrix and Bob's reunion, Bob decides to return to Mainframe. But the trip home is a bumpy one as Bob encounters several of Mouse's traps designed to keep Web Creatures from entering Mainframe.

36. Megaframe

Matrix and Bob desperately search through the ruins of a war ravaged Mainframe for their loved ones. While they try to piece together exactly what happened to Mainframe, they come across Hack & Slash who take them to Dot. Before Dot can finally tell Bob just how much she's missed him, Bob is nabbed by a 'damaged' Hexidecimal.

37. Showdown

While Matrix is taking on Megabyte in an ultimate battle, Bob is held captive by a deranged Hex -- but instead of destroying Hex, Bob heals her, and unites her broken Masks. When Hex releases Bob, he rushes off to stop Matrix, but arrives too late. Megabyte, losing the battle with Matrix, tries to initiate the system crash, but before he gets in the last word, he is pulled thru a tear into the web by a webcreature. And then, the mainframe system begins to crash.

38. System Crash

Despite protests from Matrix, Bob decides to help the system crash with the hopes that the User will ReBoot the system and restore the back up program. Undeleted memory leakes into the crashing system, and old game characters terrorize the inhabitants of Mainframe. Dot and Phong desperately try to register everyone before the system shuts down.

39. End Prog

The system has crashed. The user ReBoots. And everything is back to normal. Including Enzo as his usual Alphanumeric self... except Matrix left his icon in Game Mode and now there are 2 of them. A Musical number closes the show, with a 'modern major general' recap of what happened to Mainframe.
