• Matrix is almost an exact copy of Jack from "Caddillacs and Dinosaurs" (Its a very old cartoon I used to watch when I was 9)
  • Dot looks alot and I mean alot like the police woman from "The Savage Dragon" (Another old(?) crappy cartoon)
  • Mouse reminds me of Rogue from the "X-Men". Same accent, and they're both physically strong characters.
  • If nulls are equivalent to cats, then is Hexadecimal equivalent to Catwoman?
  • AndrAIa is a bit similar to Sailor Neptune from "Sailormoon". AndrAIa's atitude and style are exact of those of the woman (the mother) from "Terminator 2".
  • Ray kinda reminds me of the heroe in "Crocodile Dundee"
  • In "Icons", Matrix transforms into the exact kind of a 'heroe' that usually can be seen on the covers of women's romance novels. I know because I read them. Just take a look at the covers of "Rejar", "Heather Moon" and "Midnight Warrior" and you'll see what I mean.
  • Phong is kinda like that little old alien smart guy from "Star Wars". You know, the guy that lives in some pond with who Luke went to train with.. I don't know his name, but I'm sure you guys can figure it out. (^_^ I'm not a Star Wars fan)
  • Cecil the waiter reminds me of that little crab from "The Little Mermaid"
  • Sometimes Bob reminds me of Bob Saget's character on "Full House" (my sis loves that crap!)
  • Turbo looks like that commander guy from "Small Soldiers"
  • Mouse looks like Lauryn Hill
  • Dot looks like Ricky Lake
  • Little Enzo is like the perky bunny from Disney's "Robin Hood", the baby teacup from "Beauty and the Beast" as well as like Bart from the "Simpsons"
  • Sometimes Megabyte reminds me of Freddy from "Nightmare on Elm Street"
  • Hexadecimal is like that crazy clown girl from the "Batman" cartoons. You know, she was Joker's girlfriend. I think her name is Harley or something like that.
  • Frisket sometimes makes a perfect "Lassie" :)
  • Scuzzy looks like Luna-P from "Sailormoon" and that floating yellow female ball from "Flubber".
  • For some stupid reason, I see a similarity between Bob and Stan from "Southpark". Don't even bother asking me why.
  • Bob acts like the white pig from "Animal Farm" (and Megabyte is the bad pig .. I forgot what colour it was)

From "Where No Sprite Has Gone Before":
  • Captain Robert Curser... he looks a lot like Ironman...
  • the girl in red with the claws... Wolverine...
  • the Virus... the Punisher...
  • the girl that grows and everything... Hulk...
  • the green girl with the big ears... the Green Goblin...
  • the girl in pink that can multiply herself... well, I don't rightly know his name, but I know there's a guy in "Marvel" that can do the same...
  • the one like ice... I don't know his name again but I know theres one...
  • the elastic one... Mrs.Fantastic
  • Phong looks alot like E.T.
    Submitted by Mouse.

  • Captain Robert Cursor, ("Where No Sprite Has Gone Before") is a parody of Captains James T. Kirk, and Robert April (Captain preceding Kirk). For that matter, the title is a direct parody of the Trek line, "Where No Man Has Gone Before."
  • The green female with the ears is obviously a shot at Spock.
  • The grey guy that manned the console is parodying Scotty.
  • The headquarters is reminiscent of the Batcave. >
  • And for some reason, the entire thing reminds me of "The Legion Of Super-Heroes".
    Submitted by ACE.

  • Woman with claws. Aggree -Catwoman
  • "Mouse" didn't remember, multiplying woman like Madrox (think: mad- Xerox)from Marvel
  • If I'm not mistaken Curser'S voice is William Shatner's (spelled right???)but notice his "Light-Saber" Star Trek / Batman (DC) / Marvel / Star Wars... let's keep 'em coming
  • Ray Tracer... not really parody but rather more the "Surfer" Dude!
  • Way back in the "Trust No One" episode, the female investigator's voice is Julian...........'s you know, from X-Files

In that epsode where grown up AndrAla and Matrix travel to "...The most devastated system we've ever come across." When they meet with the command.com,(which resembles a sterio type old jewish man with a yiddish accent), their about 5 new recruits to help the system, consist of a few that remind me of other people. There is Gabbie, the writter, who wants to write about AndrAla's adventures, once rebooted, majory resembles Xena's writing side-kick Gabriele from the show "Xena, Worrior Princess", and AndrAla happens to reboot to look quite like Xena. Then there are the other guys, who each have a little joke, but I am not sure of. Hard Boot reminds me of one of the "small town binome" guys. There is a "one" binome that reboots to a version of the outfit Mickey Mouse wears in that musical thing when he takes a real wizard's hat thing.
    Submitted by AVA TAUSSIG.

  • Cursor's voice (while done by the same guy who does Bob's) mannerisms are a lot like Ace Ventura...or an overacting William Shatner
  • Did anyone notice the binomes dressed like Sailor Moon characters? They were squished when Mainframe started crashing...
  • At the destruction of mainframe, there were a whole lot of parodies of famous people/shows --> for example, on top of a disintegrating building was the rock group KISS, then they showed the Sailor Moon characters, the X-Files guys, Elvis, and Indiana Jones...
  • Cyrus rebooted in the racing game as Dick Dastardly and Frisket as Muttley; the user was Penelope Pitstop (from Hanna-Barbera's Wacky Races)
  • Enzo rebooted as Michael Jackson (circa Thriller) and Dot as Elvira, Mistress of the Night in the graveyard game (the user looked like Bruce Campbell from Army of Darkness)
  • Enzo reboots as Elmer Fudd in "A Raccoon and A Hard Place"
  • Enzo, AndrAIa and Frisket reboot as Martians from "Mars Attacks" in the episode "Icons"
  • The episode "Where No Sprite Has Gone Before" has a lot of Star Trek in-jokes...like the doors behave like the ones on the Enterprise, the control panel in the Principal Office look like the control panels in Star Trek: The Next Generation, and the hairstyles of the girls reflect the ones in Star Trek circa 1960s -- prbably because the writer for that episode writes Star Trek books too!
  • In the episode "Number 7", the characters playing golf near the end (when Enzo wakes up) are parodies of Tiger Woods (the cute little tiger) and Greg "The Great White" Norman (the shark, bec. Greg Norman's logo is a great white shark) -- pro golf players!

  • The ice guy in "Where No Sprite Has Gone Before": Iceman, one of the Orginal X-Men.
Submitted by Jo Ann Montgomery, User Guardian One/Amazon.

  • the one that multiplies its self in like multipuleman with the X-Men
    Submitted by Ryan Adams.

  • Ray Tracer is a parody of Jake from The Rescuers Down Under
    Submitted by Lisakids2@aol.com.

  • Dot acts like Jake from Animorphs.
  • Hexadecimal acts like the bad spilt of Rachel from Animorphs book #32.
  • Bob acts like my hamster.
  • Hack and Slash act like my computer stupid, supid, stupid.
  • Phong also acts like Ax the alien.
    Submitted by Drodekiller.

  • In the episode "End Prog", did you notice the Data Nully & Fax Modem characters? Fax Modem was holding two cards, one saying "LA" & one Saying "BC". This is referring to the decision of the X Files to move from Canada to Los Angeles. From the way Fax Modem was deleted, it seems the creators of Reboot did not appreciate the move!
  • In "Web World Wars" did you notice the binome ejecting from his damaged fighter craft in "Die Hard II" fashion? Did anyone catch the knife-in-back reference to Megabyte's troops? "The ABC's; they've turned on us! Treacherous dogs!" Obviously referring to ABC's cancellation of Reboot!
  • Did you notice how the destruction of the "Saucy Mare" resembled the destruction of the Enterprise as seen is "Star Trek III"? Captain Capacitor says "My Gar, lass, what have I done?" while Kirk said "My God, Bones, what have I done?".
  • In the episode "Gigabyte" the scene where Megabyte & Hexidecimal merged, the newly created Gigabyte arrives ala the Terminator; kneeling inside a shallow crator. Gigabyte resembles Freddy Kruger when, as Bob & Dot are cornered in the alley, he rakes his claws across the wall as Freddy did in the first "Nightmare on Elm Street" movie.
  • Megabyte releases & retracts his claws just like Wolverine of the X-Men.
  • Hexidecimal, before firing the web-hardware at the Principal office, utters the phrase "Come say hello to my little friend" just like Al Pacino says in "Scar-Face".
  • In the episode where Matrix & AndrAIa Reboot as "Braveheart" & "Xena", listen to the User as he enters the room with the golden tooth. "By Cron, I want the tooth! You can't handle the tooth!" Reference to Tom Cruise & Jack Nicholson in their famous scene in "A Few Good Men". (You can't handle the truth!).
  • In the episode "Bad Bob", the entire episode resembles "The Road Warrior". One binome in particular whines "My Digits!", referring to the character who loses his fingers trying to catch the metal boomerang. Another round binome is seen wearing a hockey mask & saying "just walk away"; the round binome is the Lord Humongous from the "Road Warrior"!

  • -In Icons, Jeff says, when Matrix and AndrAIa come out of the game, "Are you a good User or a bad User?", a parody of Glinda's line in the Wizard of OZ, "Are you a good witch or a bad witch?"
  • -The Sailor Moon binome was also in "Betweeb a Racoon and a Hard Place"
  • -In Talent Night, the translation to Jonny O'Binome's joke is "Take my mother, please!"
  • -In To Mend and Defend, Dot Reboots into a parody of Morticia from the Addams Family
  • -In Number Seven, a few bars of "The Bear went over the Mountain" play when Matrix looks into the Vidwindow
  • -In Gygabyte, his line, "I am become Gygabyte, Destroyer of Systems" is a parody of a line in the Hindu Bhagavad-Gita:"I am become Death, destroyer of Worlds"
    Submitted by BeanieFan8@aol.com.

  • A lot of people were saying things about the episode "Where No Sprite Has Gone Before," where the characters were much like Star Trek ones. In case no one else noticed, the episode was written by D. C. Fontana, one of the original Star Trek writers.
